It's mostly about the software.
The VITA needs to have a better exclusive library to differentiate itself against the tablets/pmps/smartphones.
Sony should really consider making an Xperia VITA soon.

Transforming Xperia VITA (removable side controllers) will shoot up the VITA marketshare.
Xperia Z (arguably less popular than SG4 and new HTC One) sold about 4m in a month.
OFC they should still keep a basic/wifi only version to have more accessibility.
Maybe Sony will do it in 2-3 years instead of just a single VITA hardware refresh.
The only problem I can see is the Android OS for the VITA phone.. might be more open to hac...

No, not really since it's niche.. this is meant to apply to the general market not the hunting aficionado.
By design, it's a very good portable game; straight to the point and enjoyable at bursts.
At least it seems successful and popular enough to warrant a sequel.. very nice with the way inafune's confident with the new IP and sequel plan.
Lease or free. Whichever it is, it's given me enough reason to keep my VITA.
Hopefully no more vaporware like RE(PSP), Bioshock, ZoE and Borderlands(rumored).
I think we can at least expect new games (either sequel or a new ip) from the makers of GR and UCGA.
More KZM footage is pretty much a given.
Another CoD seems possible but I think the spot may have been filled with KZM.. unless the new CoD will be released late Q4.
