Something tells me this game is not going to be the big hit many are waiting for.
Changing hardware in the middle of the generation is a risky move plus MS would be showing the finger to all previous owners as they did when they released x1 without kinect. Also, what will happen if this is true, xbox owners star buying again the x1 console just to find out that the PS4 is still more powerful? as we all know, the APU is not the only component that is superior on the PS4. This is an opinion based article, Not reality. Anyone who knows reality already know that PS4 has been beating the xbox One since the beginning of the generation and the x1 is not even close to compete against PS4. Those are the facts and posting articles like this will not change reality.

I don't want a cheap VR experience so I am glad Sony is putting quality and power on PSVR. I rather pay $300 knowing that I am buying a quality device than paying a $150 cheap device that will not run the experience the way I want it.

I am a fan of Tomb Raider. I haven't play it because is not on PS4 but when it does, I will not run to get it. It will depend on the circumstances. It has to be a revised version with better performance on PS4. Include all current DLC and new content for PS4 and the price has to be $40.
I have seen the charts and Tomb Raider is not doing well compared to other games in the franchise. Is obvious they will say is doing fine. But don't worry MS, it is very doubtful Square Enix will ever make this kind of contract again. This game deserved better but it was sacrificed so MS could brag about having "the best line up in xbox history".

Kinect was a scam. It was market with the idea that it works and after the hype and people spend their money, the hard truth came... It doesn't work as advertised. Then they made kinect 2.0 for x1 pretending that people would fall for that trick too. What a mistake. This is Microsoft's fault, nor Rare.

This is why there was a big reaction and complain for this deal. People didn't wanted Tomb Raider to flop but with that deal it was inevitable. Tomb Raider doesn't have its fanbase on Xbox and it was totally u fair to put it against Fallout 4. MS and Square Enix sacrificed this game for nothing.
Sony? Are you even aware that big companies are working on VR and not just Sony? HTC, Samsung, Facebook, Google etc. Even big developers are working on VR games.

I am glad that Sony and Oculus are having a good relationship on this. In fact, they both must be together on this in order to make VR stronger. I am glad VR gaming is covered on both PC and console markets and wish both companies the best. They are being pioneers on this new technology.

X1 will have a good 2016 compared to the Xbox 360 but not compared to the PS4. I just want to use logic here. If Halo 5, xbox greatest game plus a price cut, plus Tomb Raider exclusive could not even scratch the PS4, then I doubt any other game on x1 will make any difference. I just hope the xbox community support their games because is very easy coming here and talk about games and when they release, they flop. Look at Tomb Raider, is currently 71 on the charts released by vgchartz.
Wow, Tomb Raider :(, this is why the community got upset over that exclusive contract, because we knew it was going to flop on Xbox as that community doesn't support these kind of games and the fanbase of Tomb Raider is on PlayStation.
Third parties should not make any more exclusives on Xbox. How many games are they going to sacrifice in order to try and give a boost to x1?
If you don't mind to wait a year later and get a port then yes. Get PC. Otherwise just get a PS4.
You gotta wait for PS4 to have the privilege first and then a year later you can get a port on PC.
PS4 will keep conquering the x1 for the rest of this generation.
