We should also remember that about 90% of the review sites/sources reviewed Killzone 2 based on the Single player alone. The multi-player servers didn't even go live until a couple of weeks before Killzone 2 was released - the reviews started flooding in 3 weeks before this!
I think also most sites should go back and review this game and this time factor in the Multi-player, because for me, its the best multi-player I have ever played.

Gears 2 uses the Unreal engine, which, as we all know, is max'd out. We probably wont see a better game on the 360 than this game, probs a little better in Gears 3.
In my mind, Killzone 2 is a 1st generation game on the PS3 since it was being developed before the PS3 was even released! It really is frightening when you come to think of the possibilities of what Killzone 3 will produce....

I really feel for the people who went out and bought this game 'assuming' it to be a FPS. I'm guessing that there will be a 50% return rate on this game.

The game has the best AI seen in a FPS.
It seems CoD games, although playable, has left a bad infection on most people.
Every single website I have been on had Killzone as number 1. Play.com has sold out of Killzone 2, while Amazon.co.uk has had Killzone 2 as number 1 for 5 weeks, 5 weeks! Shopto.net, Killzone 2 (collectors and normal edition) is number 1. Halo Wars hasn't got near Killzone 2 in the UK thats for sure.
I really doubt it. Otherwise we would have seen a massive difference between Gears 1 and Gears 2. There was hardly any difference.

I do feel for you guys who are buying this game just because Halo is labeled on it. Wonder how many returns retailers will get for this game with kids just assuming that the game is a FPS.
Guys the give a way is in the writing when he states, "pull the PS3 out of last place", and "the gimmick of user created content".

I played this online for about 4 hours on Friday night, and this is hands down the best online game I have ever played. How they manage to pull off the graphics in the online aspect is unbelievable. The map with the sand storm is jaw dropping.
I doubt I will buy a multi-plat FTP this generation now, and will just wait until Killzone 3. (Bioshock 2 will be an exception, though, simple because of the story aspect of it)
Its an amazing game, and truly recommend this to anyone who is sat on the fence with this.

It wouldn't suprise me if this was a ploy by EDGE to get PS3 followers over to their site, since they have lost practically all their PS3 readers through their pathetic reviews of PS3 exclusives.
The problem is its the kiddies that attach to the COD games, and they will probs spend money on this.
Killzone 2 is better online imho, and ithas a much mature crowd.
