Looks like the Slim will be here at the start of the new year. Sony has nothing that can compete with Halo. Hell Gears is more popular than the uncharted franchise. Even price with Halo MCC Bundle Holiday 2014 vs ? for ps4. XB1 won NPD one month during the 2013 holiday at $100 more.

Bring on the cloud, the gaming industry remains stagnant without innovation. The cloud would be welcomed with open arms if sony was doing it, just like a few articles down ps4 fans thinking 1440p 60fps for morpheus is realistic. Hopefully that cloud demo is shown in the next few months.
This is the gen XB1 puts up respectable numbers relative to the ps4 and Wii U. Too bad the XB1 is launching post tax hike because the console is actually gaining some momentum. XB1 already has those 3 visual novels, D4, and other 3 unannounced exclusives lined up for TGS.
XB1 is the console for the premier multiplayer experience, makes sense.

I agree with this article. TLOU was good, not great and I could never get into Uncharted. TLOU had too many issues with AI for it to be a 10/10. Also both games are the same, you get into a battle, then push a button to go along with the movie. Lastly ps4 fans love to talk about sales, well neither of those games have been big sellers and each have been given away with a playstation console.

Gears is one of those games where there is a great balance of single player and multiplayer. Can't wait to see the direction they are taking the game.
Forza Horizon 2 is shaping up to be a dream racing game, can't wait to play it DAY 1.
This is a big deal. Xb1 will launch with Chinese ready software, I am definitely intrigued how well Xb1 will do there.
Quantum Break will be the best game shown at Gamescom, BOOK IT. Rare, Lift London, Lionhead, and Press Play are all UK studious with unannounced games, hopefully they showcase what they are working on. It would go a long way with improving the XB1 standing in Europe.

MSFT has done an amazing job with the XBOX community, XB1, xbox.com, and smartglass. They basically improved that user created site that displayed recorded xbox videos.
I look forward to jumping into Assassins Creed for the first time. That 4 player coop sounds really fun!!! I really look forward to learning more about how they built Unity from the ground up on XB1.

Halo 3=Most Competitive game I ever played. People were afraid to lose and drop rank, every game meant something.
Definitely Day 1, I'm going to be putting mad hours into this game. This is Halo like 2 weeks apart is just unfair.
Of course Sony cares more about gamers, they are a failing company with one successful business unit. MSFT is a juggernaut with many successful units. What should be worrying is that MSFT is offering a better gaming experience than sony in terms of gaming and apps, while gaming is not the primary focus.
