Before you mention Halo MCC, it is a 10 year anniversary of one of the best console mutiplayer games ever. They threw in all the other numbered Halos and extra content to increase the value. Compare that to the 10 month anniversary of tlou and it's just embarrassing. Man you guys kill me with that 50% did not own a ps3 crap, sony is just spewing numbers to justify remasters and ports. Only 7 million out of 83 million bought the tlou on ps3, which is only 8%. Now all of a sudden a greater % of people are supposed to buy it for ps4? That doesn't make any sense to me. I believe they feel the need to explain it because the ps4 is supposed to be a SUPER PC CONSOLE, 50% more powerful than the closest competitor. Also sony execs promised their lives if 1080p 60fps wasn't achieved on ps4.

Being completely honest this sounds like some damage control because in terms of content and features it's no contest. Being slightly different hasn't stopped people from making comparisons before, hell it was so bad people compared Titanfall to infamous:ss. If Driveclub had more than graphics people would be comparing the two to no end. All in all people don't want to compare the two because FH2 sounds like a much more complete game.

I just have to applaud 343, they have done everything right with the Halo MCC. They are learning from their mistakes and they have ignited a renewed energy in the franchise. My hype just keeps growing and growing the more I see. Nov 11, it begins.
Well put Team Litt, well put. I don't understand why people think any of these companies are white knights. These are businesses first and foremost. If sony wants the ip, they need to buy it, or at least work with Activision to develop a game.

Great start for the XBOX in China. MSFT has already secured some guaranteed money. I hope the fact that China Telecom wants to be exclusive distributor means they expect some good demand for the XB1. This could also be a factor of ease for MSFT partnering with 2 large companies.

This is that same survey that was posted in the bottom of a ps4 article. Pretty much the survey is heavily skewed. The good news is that we get to find out in September which is favored. There was a survey released talking about chinese gamers being online gamers, well guess who has Azure servers in China, that would be MSFT. Also XB1 is more know to be the console for online gaming. Lastly consider that the biggest game maker already has 3 launch titles ready for XB1.

360 sold 90 million more games last gen while selling the same amount of consoles as the ps3. Also lets add in over 50 million xbl subscriptions. Wii sold the most consoles, 360 sold the most games and accessories, what did ps3 win? If anything ps3 came in last, gen 7. MSFT increased it's market share over 100%, while sony lost 40% of their market share.
