XB1 has been successful these last few months because they have simply made owning an XB1 an enjoyable experience. The constant updates, fresh games, and Phil Spencer engaging with the fan base about games and first party studios. People unnecessarily want to break everything down with rocket science, make a console with fun games and it will be successful, barring irregular circumstances. XB1 will be fine, MSFT seems to have a lot in store for XB1 owners.

Sony should have restructured as last gen was coming to a close instead of waiting until current gen began. Expect the uneasiness to continue until employee confidence builds back up.
