I usually refrain from criticizing other users but moldy is the most persistent Sony hater I've ever seen and of course.. he's always the first or 2nd to comment on PS articles lol. In all honesty no other user on here is this dedicated to hating on a company and their products. He will literally SPIN any Sony news into something negative. Sony can give every PSN user $100 in PSN credit and he would somehow find away to turn it into something negative. The hatred for Sony runs very de...
Same here. If Sony is currently providing a steady stream of games on a consistent basis like they've been doing then it shouldn't be an issue if they show games that may be 2 or 3 years out. I wish more people had this mindset.
@moldybread
"But just admit it, you guys will spin it either way. "Oh look at all the great games to look forward to and Shemue 3 plus FFVII is huge news, Sony won E3! Then it turns into, "look at all the great games coming, Sony keeps on delivering, Sony won E3!"
What is it that I or PlayStation fans are spinning? Have you ever thought about it for a second and maybe came to the conclusion that maybe PS fans DON'T mind Sony showin...
Exactly when Sony holds back on game announcements people and the media complain that Sony didn't show enough content but when Sony does multiple announcements people and the media complain that they announce games too early. They're damned if they do and damned if they don't.
I put 102 hours into this game and got the platinum trophy and I'm not even a trophy hunter. That is a testament to how good this game is. Even with all the time spent and all the trophies I still have more quest's and datapoints to find. This game was worth the $60 I spent and I mean it was worth EVERY single penny of it.
Don't forget that the Horizon DLC is coming this year as well
"For the players" is just a marketing meme for Sony. As Jim eluded to the other day, the only "players" that matter to Sony are the shareholders in those company board meetings..
I'm not naive as to why Sony is doing this. I know this decision to block crossplay is a business decision based on which company has the sales advantage. I've posted comments myself saying the same thing and my comment isn't just in regard to crossplay either. It's morely about Sony's anti-consumer attitute in general this generation which I don't understand because they claim they're for the players. Khurg you're a PS fan like me but be honest with me and mor...
I'm sorry but I have to call a spade a spade..
You know, Sony keeps saying they're for the players but Microsoft is the one that's been showing it. Sony started this generation on fire and were very pro consumer but as this generation went on it seems like Microsoft became more pro consumer than Sony has little by little. I'm especially realizing how arrogant they've become after dealing with their customer service last night. They won't even refund...
Everything Sony showed looked great but the lack of new game announcements by Sony was very disappointing to say the least and I'm not talking about VR games just PS4 games. Sony only announced 1 big new game which was Shadow of the Colossus. I was expecting a little more then that. After Sony's E3 last year I had high expectations and how could I not? They announced, Crash, Death Stranding, God of War, Days Gone and Spiderman. The lack of surprises was what made the show disappointin...
The games will definitely do the talking. Sony has too much content to show at E3 based off of content that has already been announced. They still have gameplay of The Last of Us Part 2, Uncharted The Lost Legacy, God of War, Detroit Become Human, Days Gone and possibly the Horizon DLC to show off. Honestly after Microsoft's abysmal conference Sony doesn't even have to announce anything. All they have to do is show these games off and they've already won E3. Now add to the fact th...
You're right. They always jump the gun on these things. They never learn lol
Wow. The Xbox One X is running this and Crackdown 3 at 30fps. Man.. What a MONSTER!!
Seriously though, you guys have been praising this console like it's the second coming of jesus for the last year and for all the crap you guys have been talking I would have expected this console to at the very least be able to run all of it's launch software at 4K/60fps in ALL parts of the game. Maybe the "monster" isn't as powerful as you guys thought it was or Micr...
Heres what I think Sony will show at E3 2017.
1. Bloodborne 2 announcement or the rumored Phantom Wail project announcement
2. Sucker Punch's new IP announcement (that's a given)
3. Sly Cooper 5 announcement (theres a movie coming out in the near future and Sony might want to release the game alongside the movie like they did with Rachet & Clank. Maybe Sanzaru is making it)
4. PlayStation All Stars 2 announcement (theres been leaks o...
Agent was actually suppose to be a PS3 exclusive but I get what you're saying. In this day an age I don't expect big western 3rd party publishers and developers to be making exclusive games for consoles anymore. I wouldn't be surprised if Agent game was either dead in the water or got reannounced as a multiplat. However, Sony did surprise us with The Last Guardian when everyone thought it was dead in the water so who knows though?
All I know is that Sony's...
@Unspoken
1. The overwhelming majority of those cancelled games that you listed were multiplatform games not published or developed by Sony.
2. All those games you listed were shown off and canned over 10 years ago..
Lmao I'm done. This man really took his time machine and travelled back in time an entire decade to a completely different console generation to make a point as if it happened this gen or recently.
You're r...
Surprise, surprise. another game this gen that has online co-op but not local co-op just like Uncharted 4, Halo 5 and the list goes on and on. Splitscreen is a dying trend unfortunately. Developers and publishers seem to think that gamers don't talk or hang out with anyone in person and only talk to people online. I expect this trend to continue especially now that you have to pay to play online on both consoles and companies wanna shove their services down your throat.. Honestly I wouldn...
I really like Sony's quietude. Sony doesn't need to say much or do a whole bunch of PR hype. Just let the games do the talking and that's it. I really hope their E3 approach is the same as last years.
Microsoft and their execs on the other hand are like that annoying dog that keeps barking and won't shut the f*** up! It just keeps barking until you get sick and tired of hearing it..
Nope. Outta curiosity, are you having these PSN issues on the PS3 only or is it happening to you on your other PS systems? PSN works fine on the Vita and PS4. It only acts up on the PS3 for me which I find very odd being that they're all connecting to the same exact network which is PSN. Very irritating to say the least...
It's a shame we didn't see this at E3. I was highly anticipating the announcement of this game especially being that it's a new IP. I enjoy seeing studios take risks and break outta their comfort zone. Hopefully we get a trailer at PSX this year.
