Yes but what are those SD cards going to be used for? And are those SD cards going to be enough for these big games? Games are getting larger and larger in size with some exceeding 50 gigs. Even Blu-ray discs are starting to become insufficient in terms of storage.

Sony was the 1st out of the big 3 to go all digital with PORTABLE HANDHELDS but I'm not talking about handhelds, I'm talking about HOME CONSOLES.

It looks like Nintendo might be the 1st ones to test the waters and go all digital. This is definitely shocking to me if this is true. I really do not want to go digital. When you buy games digitally you don't really own the games. Not only that, publisher are going to have TOO MUCH control over gaming content. I'm really not liking this all digital future..

XBL? You seem to be misinformed. You do realize that online gaming on consoles was around before Xbox consoles even existed right? The Sega Dreamcast had SegaNet and you could game online with other people. Microsoft helped popularize online gaming on consoles. I give them credit for that but they weren't the 1st ones to do it. Just letting you know.
They will eventually. All they've been doing is copying Sony this generation. Every company copies, don't get me wrong. I just don't understand why people always complain whenever Sony copies their competitors but no one complains when Microsoft copies Sony.

Halo and Forza come out every year. Uncharted, Killzone, Infamous, Gran Turismo and Rachet & Clank don't come out every year.
Not only that, every year Microsoft either releases a new Gears of War and Forza game or a new Halo and Forza game in the same year. Either that or they'll just release all 3 in the same year like they're doing this year and next year.

With Sony having 3 of the biggest marketing deals and the Xbox One having 2 of it's biggest AAA exclusive franchises coming out this holiday, things are going to be very interesting indeed.
Xbox fanboys have been swearing for months that the Xbox One is going to outsell the PS4 this holiday so all I'm going to say is that if the Xbox One loses this holiday, I don't want to see or hear any excuses from you guys.

Instead of whining like little babies and spoiled brats, you guys should be grateful that they're giving you something for free and they're not milking you to death or ripping you off like Warner Bros, Ubisoft, Activision, EA and other publishers and developers.

Wow dude, you know your stuff. I had totally forgot that Sony London was making Eight Days. Thanks for reminding me. You're right.. we might see that at 1 point. That game had a Max Payne esque about it. It definitely looked very promising back then and it looked way ahead of it's time back in 2006. Hell, that game rivals some of the current gen games (in my opinion). I do hope they bring that game back and re reveal it
I gotta give Microsoft props for listening and adding these features. They seem to be listening to their fans the most. Sony said they weren't even considering backwards compatibility which is a shame. I still have all my PlayStation consoles but this feature would have been nice and convenient for me.I understand the PS3's architecture is a nightmare to work with but PS1 and PS2 backwards compatibility should be on the PS4 at the very least.
