I agree completely. Gran Turismo is bordering on being irrelevent for nearly everyone I know who is waiting for it. If we hadnt all had bad experiences with 360's before we'd probably have jumped ship to the less spectacular Forza 3.
I am starting to think PD has lost its focus (WTF - you delayed GT5 for GT:PSP and it WASNT EVEN THAT GOOD!!!) and I'm hoping this sinking suspiscion that GT5 is going to disappoint is unfounded.
the best thing about Sony beating the 360 in monthly sales is that we normally get a reprieve from all this "Sony is teh Doooooomzed" crap. They obviously didnt get the memo this month. Thats actually the reason im psyched for Sonys motion controller. Sony has the muscle to get high quality 1st party games designed and built from the ground up for the wand.
That and im thinking Full 1:1 motion tracking on all axis, combined with 3d tv could result in something special.
Sony quite clearly demonstrated the abillity of the wand to operate with little to no lag in their press conferences.

I and my friend are both hardcore GT fans and we are both over this crap. Much longer and GT is going to become redundant. Sure it might be great but no one can play it. Equals not so good.
There's a big difference between a crap port and ported crap.
With all the deleted content and the visual downgrade we have seen since the announcement of Final Fantasy XIII's multiplatform status, well.... yeah. I think we all know where I'm going with this.
