Wii U is not a last gen console.
The game is finished. The reason the game is being released in the 3rd or 4th Q is because of the tacked on multiplayer.
Gamers play games. Developers make games. Game development costs money. By putting the title on multiple platforms increase the probability of greater profits. This was purely a business decision. Square-Enix doesn't owe you a thing.#thatisall
I have a feeling this game will not do as well as Ubisoft hopes it will. 3rd and 4th quarter is bloated with content. They should release this now to capitalize on the lack of competition.
If Nintendo(of Germany)says the 3rd Sonic title will be released this year, we should take it as truth till proven otherwise. So, no rumor here. BELIEVE
Nothing they could possibly do would reverse the wave upon wave of hatred the gaming community has for them at the moment. This will probably be some price cut and software package deal aimed at the casuals. As mentioned above it will be within $99 to $150 USD and most likely be 2 Kinect games and 2 better with Kinect titles and bundled Kinect. Meh.
This might actually boost sales of the PS3 if this is true. I wonder how he did it?
Wii has the most balanced videogame library I've ever seen in any gen yet has the gamers who swear up and down that their gamers aren't playing it. Why is that?
Game looks great. Realistic was the best way to go IMO. No online is a big problem.

Some newer televisions can do some upcaling to most sub-HD signals, my solution not only doubles my scan lines but runs all my games at true 1080p.I'm running my Wii at 1080i due to my HDTV being CRT but I prefer its dark black and its smooth refresh rate over LCD. I bought it from VPI. dude you can see the thread in Mario's suspenders!
Nintendo wouldn't release an HD Wii so I made one. Upscaler for the win!

Nintendo never abandoned the "hardcore" they abandoned Nintendo back in 98' when all the true hardcore games from Nintendo were being released.The division of gamers was introduced during the 6th generation and Sony has done everything in their power to maintain this division while buying 3rd party titles to keep the momentum for its console afloat.
Nintendo does what others won't.
