Best character development...? I mean, I love FF8, but geez.
He means like XCOM.
I really like XCOM, but... Eh. I rather Play Uncharted, The Last of Us and even Halo. But thank you very much. You can keep your ports.
Her design is basically similar to Stella. It's pretty obvious that they "recast the same character-model" in another role, with minor tweaks. People are losing their minds over nothing.
Really? I love pounding Zeratul, Valla and Jaina much more, since Nova is basically a one-shot hero...
I prefer a somewhat linear story. So... I don't really like Skyrim. But I played it for hours and hours and hours. I totally get the appeal.
VG Chartz has a tendency of undertracking games. Particularly old ones. If the sales were this abysmal, they wouldn't have bothered to release Enemy Within nor Declassified for consoles. Just saying.
Anything that makes you stop shooting in the middle of a fight makes absolutely no sense in a futuristic setting. Thermal clips kinda make sense in a way that you can keep on fighting with no need to wait for your gun to decide when its ok to start on firing. Imagine how silly wars would look like in ME universe.
My favorite characters from FFVII, which is my favorite game ever. How could I?
I think Atari games aged badly. Hardly any of this list though.
I honestly hope so. Either Sony or Microsoft, I don't really care. I just think Silent Hill should get away from Konami. Sure, MS ruined Rare, but eh. I rather take my chances.
Heavy Rain was a breakout hit.
@above posters Hmmm, no. Beyond was a game intended to tell the life story of a particular character. It was never marketed as a decision-based game. You can live and re-live key moments of her life differently by and making somewhat different decisions, but nevertheless it mostly just changes your perception of Jodie, not the story itself. The story can change based on player decision, however, in the final two chapters (and one particular time on a particular date).
Beyond ...
Since all characters can either be saved or killed and they all most likely have their own solo ending as well as an ending with each one of the remaining survivors, there's already A LOT of room for replay value.
You just defined gameplay: button prompts.
You mean, like Mass Effect? Which released on PS3?
Don't know how it went way past people's heads.
With some big companies going mobile for major profit, I think Indies are actually the future of gaming, since they mostly work with limited income but with a passion to strive.
Here's hoping for this game.
The face changes are such a turn off. There is a video on YouTube comparing a scene of Yuna with Lady Yunalesca on PS2 and PS3 and in the PS3 version she has no expression on her face whatsoever. It is so weird.
Plus, Tidus and his new look is very efiminate. Not that it would matter, but his original portrayal was more of a beach-boy rather than a guy who likes to put on make up, particularly white powder.
Elena is confirmed and already revealed:
