Remember the PS3 Launch, and how many developers were making games for Xbox 360 instead? Games like you guys had to wait years for Bioshock 1, Star Ocean: The Last Hope, Hell even Mass Effect 1.

It'll get more more multiplats once the install base grows enough, it's pretty simple, just look at the ps3 at launch and you'll know what I'm talking about.

Thing is, both of those consoles will have very small install bases at launch, it wouldn't make sense to release a game when there's a chance that so few people would buy it, being as people would likely buy the exclusive games on that new system rather than the multiplats that are on other systems,just look at the Wii U and you'll see what i'm talking about.
Not too sure they would do that considering how much money Nintendo made with him leading, however, it would be nice for him to work on games extensively again.
After all he was a helping hand in developing games for HAL Laboratory.
Plus he's one of the few big executives who hate anti consumerist business practices, so replacing him with someone who's all for things like On disk DLC and DRM is a scary thought.

Thing is Aonuma has already stated that they are looking to do things different with this next game. I think he said something about not having to play alone.
Now weather that means co-op or not, it still remains to be seen. So let's wait and see what they pull when they reveal the game.
A lot of dudes my age or younger like making comparisons to Dishonored, but the Fact is, Dishonored had stealth elements, but the game was better suited for action.
Thief is the other Way around, at least from what I've played. Stealth is like the PRIMARY style of play, and you would do everything you could NOT to get caught.
If anything Dishonored takes influence from Thief.
I suppose, I'm just a bit pissed that Nintendo have yet to give release dates to their upcoming games like Bayonetta 2 and Pikmin 3.
I mean c'mon, Pikmin 3 was supposed to be a Launch window title. It's April now.

So then....why the hell is it not coming to the ps3 and 360!? If they expect to make any of the money made to produce this game back then why not also release the game on platforms with larger instal bases than the next gen systems?

Interesting. Different races would be cool. And link bringing the races together fits pretty well with Aonuma talking about not having to play alone. I smell co-op.
