More like a voice controlled remote, you still need your cable box for it to work.
There's so many different things that can be sold secondhand almost everything but prepared food, so why does the videogames industry deserve to make money off of something I'm reselling? Thrift stores, car dealerships, eBay, garage sales, and the list goes on... It's our right as consumers to do what we want with something we bought unless we sign some terms and conditions that state otherwise.
If I don't love a game enough to keep itin my collection I shoul...
I'm interested to see what happens with used games outside of retail I.e. eBay. I can see a lot of people getting pretty pissed the game they just bought is tied to another account. Also I really don't care if Microsoft or a publisher gets a cut off used sales it's not like you see this anywhere else, when has Honda got a cut from a used sale of a car?
I just read people that bought the first collectors edition for 1.0 will get all the in game content from this new collectors set. I'm excited I've always considered my collectors edition a waste of money, but at least I get more stuff lol.
The art style and premise have me interested for sure.
My iPad is a media machine, my android smartphone is a media machine, and my PC is a media machine. All of these devices work great with great convenience and having a gaming device do it as we'll is a lot less needed these days.
Are all these features cool and futuristic? Sure they are, but I don't necessarily need my video game machine to do it as well. Also I don't like the idea of having my TV, my cable box and my Xbox all on at the same time to just watch cab...
I'm real excited for this game, I really hope it feels more like kz2 and less like kz3.
I love this game, some of the later levels can get pretty challenging atleast for a tower defense newbie like myself.
That video is pretty impressive, I didn't expect it to work so well. I recently got a gym membership for the whole family so I'd rather relax when gaming but it's pretty cool to see that setup. I remember when I was a kid there was a VR rig pretty similar to this thing but it was junk and not really fun to play, but this actually looks like a good time (if you don't mind running).
About 8-10 years ago a buddy of mine gave me a burnt CD with NESter and 700+ NES games on it I could play on my dreamcast and to this day I will still boot it up and play through some of my childhood memories. NES is the gift that keeps on giving now that my daughters 5 I plan on letting her have it and raise her up on videogames the same way I did.
Off topic: other things I've been able to enjoy with my kids from my youth; Thundercats, TMNT (old and new), batman the an...
I was reading on ign that you can have multiple saves so you can simultaneously level different characters. Personally I think I'll start with a melee character since its suppose to be easier Then once I get the hang of things move to something like elf or sorceress.
I can't wait to get my hands on this game it really looks like a lot of fun.
I got a few old socom And FFXI buddies with all different levels of experience looking to form a shell when the game starts up, it's probably going to be a social shell down to help eachither out with the hopes of potentially forming a endgame group. From what I can tell we have all jobs and crafts to 50 between the members with a few members completely maxed out, so we should have some pretty good resources right away. Im not sure what you're looking for but if you or anyone else int...
The world is definitely way better designed atleast what's been in the new beta. I probably put 500+ hours into 1.0 and about 100 into the new beta and this game is 10x better in every way, there almost nothing in the game they havent revamped even crafting has been overhauled i.e. if you just try to 100% a synth and don't go for a HQ you say get 300exp but for every couple percent you get above that you'll get bonus experience so risking the chance of failing has its reward. Oh a...
If that's the case I'll be crazy excited, well as long as it comes to US and EU
I'll definitely hit you up around launch, I got around 8-10 buddies looking to get on the same server and hit the floor running with all the new content and hopefully have a lot of fun.
This sounds awesome it's good to know that great indie games will have a bit of the spotlight on the PSN. Considering tons of games aren't always on gaming sites and up to date with all the releases it's nice to know that indie games will have their own place to shine instead of possibly going unnoticed next to bigger more recognizable releases.
BTW great avatar, Toro is my favorite fighter for PSASBR and you've reminded me it's been awhile since I playe...
I must be a year or two older cause Mega Man 2 and LoZ were my go to games when I first got my NES.
MM2 was the first game I ever bought with my own money which was pretty rough since my allowance was only a dollar a week when I was 6 lol.
As a dad with a 3&5 year old playstation plus has been so awesome for me, I almost never buy a game right away mainly because I don't have the spare cash these days and plus offers me so much gaming for 50 dollars a year! I can't recommend plus enough.
Hell yeah these games were on my to buy list, definitely a good plus month.
Why are you so angry? I'm sure most people that visit n4g will pick a side they like more, but in reality will own both eventually.
Just remember most corporations are full of promises you might want to wait and see what happens.
Oh and how will this cloud boosted gaming work will the game box say right on the front if you will need the power of the cloud to play it? Seems a little odd that games will come out for a console that can't be played on the...
