I really want to pick this game up. If it wasn't for the promotion for fire emblem and shin megame I'd be buying it this month. It's been a tight month for extra spending money and I can only afford 1 game and its really hard to pass on the 30 dollar credit Nintendo is offering. Maybe ill try and sell my body on the street.

My wife really liked R* table tennis so she's real excited I'm picking this game up and hopes the tennis is as fun as table tennis was for her.

That's awesome to hear... I'm about 50% through my first play through on Survivor difficulty and I'm loving every minute of it. Usually I don't replay a game right away but this time I just had to.

That story about Ish was pretty cool, i almost feel like I missed a note at the end. i kept being surprised when I would find another note from the guy, when I finally stopped finding notes I was bummed I didn't get a conclusion but figured that's just the way it goes in the apocalypse sometimes.
What a bummer. I figured I'd play a lot less this weekend considering I'd get more time to enjoy the game. Oh well, guess I'll make sure to get my fix next week.
I seriously just beat the game 20 min. ago and I have to say I loved the ending. In no way was the ending what I'd expect to happen and the whole thing left me feeling uneasy which is great considering the game almost always made me feel stressed, anxious, bumbed out or sometimes scared. I have to give Naughty Dog credit for truly making me care about Joel and Ellie. I agree. And not sure why anyone would disagree, there are tons of games that already do this and should be something freely used for remakes. Why MS thinks they can have it all to themselves makes no sense to me.
It might be number one on amazon but there's been many reports stating ps4 reservations are 2:1 over Xbox (anyways there's like 5 different ps4 skus to 1 Xbox sku). That's pretty huge considering they went up for sale the same day.

Here's one for you maintenance analogy. Buy a used truck it needs maintenance, buy a used game it offers DLC. I thought DLC was how publishers made extra money off its customers. You remember those parts of the game that use to be considered part of the whole package?
