It's a very early leaked footage with a few placeholders graphics, but it's not some 'proof of concept'.

Considering the original voice is always far better than foreign ones (bas translations / bad actors), it's a real miss for people all around Europe.

You don't know why Vista is a failure ? Well :
- it used to run 30 % slower than XP, quite an (unlocked) achievement for a new OS
- you can't install anything because of the stupid UAC and many other useless crap security systems
- it's expansive
- games don't run well on it
- some peripherals are unknown to Vista
- it tells less and less things to the user, making it impossible to fix any major problem
