It was easily PS3 year last year, MS showed nothing except Feable 1.5 and Gears 1.5, vs 20+ AA exclusives on PS3, including games of the year LBP and MGS4 according to meta. But you're right, 2009 will be worse, AAA exclusives are more 30-0 for PS3 than 20-2 this year.

Oh yeah, I remember Sony won easily by showing multiple games including game of the year LittleBigPlanet, MAG or GoW 3 first teaser.
MS on the other hand showed nothing except that a PS3 JRPG would come to 360 too (nice but it will be still exclusive on PS3 in Japan, and is developed on PS3 first + PS3 will get the best version, so yeah cool)

Which AAA ? It's been 2 years there is basically no AAA exclusive released on the 360.
Gears 2 and Halo 3 ? Yeah, they lacked originality, it's the same kind of games (shooters) and they brought nothing to the genre in my opinion.
What really lacks is MS 1st party studios though... Maybe if they didn't close the only ones they had, it would be (slightly) better.

Trophies are much better than achievements. You earn something - a trophy - instead of just a number of points, there are four kinds of trophies (platinum being the hardest, but gold is hard too) and you level up as a gamer, which is a nice meta game.
Sony system is much better.
It's a bit sad to see one of the only exclusives left on 360 going PS3 like the others, and once again with an enhanced version (like bioshock, eternal sonata and ninja gaiden 2).

It was killing the 360 before the september MS desperate price cut worldwide, and now is sells the same. Any ps3 price cut would kill the 360 now.
PS3 sold more than 360 on the same period from launch anyway, so yeah it's already in the first place.
