I've always been a Sony fan.....
But, I'm not paying for online....EVER!

Sony's E3 was great though....MS was cool too. But not as good as Sony's)
Besides....industry can't be hurting too bad. I mean, whats with the exclusive pre order deals with gamestop, best buy, and other stuff? (Think about it)
Idiots that support this plan, should support used cars being blocked unless you pay the car companies extra dough. (Same damn thing)
If ms really wanted to help themselves, they could have made burning games damn near impossible. (Like Sony....which is huge reason why catching the 360 in sales took so long) ms...

There's a ton of stupid people out there....so MS will make a killing. I'm not hating, MS just getting paid. The real problem with the industry is the consumers. PC gamerd havr unity, so they don't get the screw job.
Ps4 will be more powerful because there will be no charge for used games or online.
Sure.....its good for both developers and customers. PS plus only put out free games after they been out a while. Once sales slow, then PS plus members get a few bones tossed their way.
Everything else is just greedy crying.
For $62, I wouldn't mind seeing some free DLC!

I don't purchase DLC, because its a rip off. But hey, if dumb dumbs continue to buy anything....I cant really blame xbl fees, dlc, price hikes, timed exclusively, and delayed game releases. I respect the PC community.....their unity & ability to resist giving in rip off tactics, is one thing console gamers could learn from.

Decent point....however, your missing an important point:
Wii cost vs both the ps3 and 360.
Wii cost was $199 and later, $149.....the other consoles sold for much more. 90plus mil at this price isn't the same as 75plus million for the others. Also...the other platforms sold expensive games with dlc. (Including bigger and more blockbusters)
And although I'm not sure about the 360....ps3 will sell about 3-5 more million more. (Last of us still ...
I don't care who provides the graphics...long as the ps4 delivers.

Wii U numbers are already leveling off, where as the "Real" next/current gen systems blew up. That happened because the other 2 systems' released big time games.
The Wii U doesnt have anything that makes people want to buy it in the future. Wii 1 stole money, thanks to presenting a new way to play...using that mis-direction to distract from pricey add on's (controllers, wii mote, wheels..ect), and weak graphics. Wii U must drop pric...

I think the sales were hampered by changing Dante's look and personality. This game is great....but yesterdays gamers dont feel this. Sadly, this generation of gamers are nothing more than camping, kill death ratio, fps chumps. (Dont even get me started on how cod destroyed fps fun.)

instead of DLC, why not put that into part 2 of the game's saga? Companies are inclined to rip people off beacuse it's like taking candy from a baby. Look at uncharted, max payne, far cry, dead space, gow, the recent batman: arkum series, metal gear, resident evil, gears, and the oblivion games. Hell...although I'm not a fan, even rockstar has made consumers happy with gta & red dead.

Drive club looks phenomanal....and no forza has been shown yet. Only thing ms banking on is gears and halo, as most gamers know. Forza was good, but drive club looks incredible, theres no denying...unless you just being a flat out hater....

Only reason PS4 is coming out is because xbox 720 is coming this yr. Last of us, gow, 2013 sports titles, and gt6 can carry ps3 into 2014....with ps4 then coming out spring that yr. (This way dev for games and system updates will all be ready)
Sony got behind xbox and wii because of arrogance of not keeping g. Hero, gta, capcom games, and f. Fantasy exclusive. Should have cross game chat as a psn Plus exclusive perk.

Halo 4 and cod are both garbage...even the devs know that crap. Black ops 2 made all that f-ing money, and can't fix the lag and over powered weaponds issues? I saw sonys display thing...thoses games didn't look that sweet. I love my ps3....and will get a ps4 spring 2014...when it drops in price.

I think blocking used games is "bush league", simply because the fact that most goods in the US are second hand. When I sell my Honda Accord...the company doesn't tell the new owner, "yea...we're gonna need you to pay US for the right to start it up". I'm going PC now.....not paying 2x for online usage, games content/mp, and/or season pass crap. (I will keep my PS3 for blu ray, 3d, and current library only.saving for a gaming laptop now.
