Wasnt thinking much of this game untill I played the demo. Now im on the preorder list.So for me,yes the demo earned them some cash.
The problem comes in when the developers start to leave out features in the main game knowing they can charge the customer again for features they know we will want. After all Ms wants the add ons no later than 90 days after the release of the main game.
When i pay $64 for a game I want it to be complete. Im finding myself buying the pc version of the title avalable for both systems,its cheaper and the addons are free. Damn this new trend of only the people with the most money gettin...

keep in mind that gamers will soon be facing each other in pc vs. xbox in the same game.The controler gamer will soon be facing the mkb gamer.We well see if u continue to "roll" with the standard controller in a fps.
just off the top of my head,they could add a ball for the thumb but a true mouse is the best way to go.....
there is no replacement for the keyboard and mouse combo,instead of tring to find something that will come close to matching its accuarcy just release a darn mouse and keyboard.I mean damn,it has the ports for it.
the point is ,you dont need it" it wont play games so that isnt a fair comparison.You have to have the blueray to play games on the ps3.
if people dont want to watch movies on thier xbox then they dont need the hddvd,but you HAVE to buy the blueray player to play games on the ps3....clear?

I for one have no problem with the price of the psp,360 or wii.seems to me that the product is well worth the price,and the price of games didnt go up for what....A DECADE. Seems reasonable to me. Gaming is well worth the price of admission.
I bought it ,but im regreting it ,thats for sure. With constant disconections and freezeing when playing online you would think thta the extra three of four months they took to get the gameplay right would show. Not to metion the reduculous amout of time it took to download a measly 48 megs.
one of the best games on the ps. truly a great title.
while I must admit that no noise while playing would be nice,a better mod would be one that elininates that damn brick,all these other mods are rather usless.Unlike those other astetic mods this one halps to quiet the system,very cool.

since I couldnt care less about dvd playback ,the big question is will these problems show on games for the ps3,While I im in the hd-dvd camp I still want the ps3 to be worth its 600 dollar price tag

maybe on your screen but in sweet 720p it looks quite good, I'm a big fan of japanise rpgs and even more so if its by fromsoft,so for me this game has been on preorder for some time. I dont exspect it to be better than knigs quest but it should be fun for the 50 hours.
