It was a virtually perfect game. It doesn't need a sequel.
Why not expend their resources conjuring a whole new world and story to wow us again?
They don't really have a choice now they've gone for the remake. It'll be interesting to see what comes out - I'm just not sure I trust SE to do it justice!
I love FF7 - I still have the original PC version upstairs somewhere - and, like many others, I've always wanted to see it redone. TBH I would have been happier with simply updated graphics. I just can't see how they can remake it without it being a different game. That surely defeats the object of the exercise? I hope they pull of the seemingly impossible and make an even better FF7 but I'm worried that it actually isn't possible. Maybe the past should remain just that someti...
I have ps4 so haven't played titanfall but it looks 100x better than the cod reveal yesterday.
Wtf is this on about? At no point did it look like the boy was sacrificing the beast and at every point it looked like he was trying to save it!
This is the obvious truth of it. Psnow will become effectively either ps5 or 6. The last version of PlayStation perhaps?
COD is well passed its sell by date but this is a big deal for one reason: it provides further evidence that the entire industry is shifting to PlayStation this gen.
Alongside lead rights for destiny and battlefront, the return of ff7, shenmue and the last guardian reveal, with streetfighter 5 and no man's sky PlayStation has hit it out of the park.
BC is a feature it would have been sensible to include from the start and its good for xb1 owners that they'll be able to easily play their old games.
I'm not really sure how it counts as a megaton announcement though when it isn't really the point of owning a next gen console. It's just a nice little addition. A bit like how some media support is a nice little addition to PS4 but hardly make our break on a games console.
I can't believe anybody uses the yearly Forza update as a thing anymore.
A lot of people have more money than sense it seems.
Why do IPhone games always get made first desite android being dominant across the market?
Black flag had both
Weather was definately in black flag
Was in the beta, played it a bit, didn't get particularly excited so removed it from my ps4.
Another year, another Forza. Zzzzzz.
Thing is, take the graphics out of it and is Fallout 4 looking like offering anything different from Fallout 3? It's the only thing that worries me about the game.
Is it just me who can see this ending up as a6/10 game? I hope it lives up to everybody's expectations.
Who buys this crap?
TBF right back to the early 90s graphics has been a huge talking point.
SF2, Sonic, SNES/Megadrive, The first FIFA, all of these had huge talk of graphics.
I just want good games. I don't care how much they rrp at which is effectively the argument. I really enjoyed the unfinished Swan and ether one a month or two ago, both really enjoyable experiences. Much prefer that the igc continues to support those types of have than simply panders to the idea of high price equals good game. The best aaa games won't hit the igc for a while and the other bug riddled or simply not fun aaa games, why would you want to play them?
