I'm not getting involved in the debate between fanboy tribes but will just mention that backwards compatibility is a nonsense that is irrelevant 95% of the time. I don't buy a new console to play games from my old console.
Agreed. Absolutely mind numbing going through endless fights. The last two have been so incredibly dull.
Each to their own but I found Oddessey incredibly boring and just can't see me rushing out for this. I've platinumed every mainline AC but enough is enough. They're making the worlds too big and with enemies now always more or less add powerful as the main character it takes too long to get through. AC was always a fun and fairly easy game and the ever increasing RPG elements don't fit it particularly well.

FIFA 12 and fifa 13 were fun. You could play any formation and find one to your style and have a good game.
Since then every single year you have to pay a certain formation and style to stand a chance. It changes each year as they break a different bit of the game each year.
We've now got a game where you have to have all your defenders inside your own box and your forwards as far forward as possible....
I've got it on pre order and I feel quite differently. I actually don't want to see anything else. I've liked what I've seen so far and I want a surprise when I turn it on for the first time. There's far too much previewing in the games industry imo
Only on an actual PS4. Of course it works with PS4 games being played on ps5, it's just they don't use things like haptic feedback because they didn't exist when the games were made.
Doesn't really shout out "must buy". Didn't look much different. I'm sure somebody could put the pictures side by side and it would be superior but it looked great on PS4. Not worth the money to me.
It can't be that difficult to just have the microphone the same distance away throughout a video.
People need to be realistic. It's costs well over £100m to make these big blockbusters. PS5 will have an install base of a few million next year. PS4 has 100m+. They'd be crazy to ignore it. So long as the additions are good that's fine.
Console owners don't care about PC. It's almost a different medium altogether.

In fairness to EA you don't need to spend money on ultimate team to have an amazing team any more, just play the game regularly. I've got a team of TOTSSF players without spending a penny.
The issue is that the licencing model used by leagues around the world creates a monopoly. We need that to end so new Devs can enter this market.

Only ask because I was hoping for more graphically from the ps5 but perhaps that's just down to the lack of resources to throw at it?
No interest in the game. Like most people that don't follow every story of the DC franchise, I like Batman. I don't care about the bit part characters I know nothing about. They'll kill these games by playing to the hardcore nerds and forgetting who their biggest characters are.
Fed up of trailers two years before a game releases. Wait til 3 months before and then get the game out. Modern commercial practices are ridiculous.
Grounded was the best difficulty setting for the first game. Much more challenging and my favourite playthrough.
The game doesn't look like my thing at all but this at least is good news for those that might buy it.
I assume sales were poor and they realise they need a high install base to make this kind of multiplayer game work. Hopefully the plan works and it's rocket League for the next gen.
