They are called racing simulations. Sometimes they get it right, sometimes they get it wrong. I'm almost 100% sure you have never driven a Zonda, Lamborghini or a Skyline. So maybe Porsche and Mercedes models in the game don't live up to the real deal, but it sure is hell close.
Developers don't just make a racing sim for the hell of it. they actually take the time to do their research, drive the actual cars, and get professionals to do testing. If a car isn't the same as the real thing...

Ahh thank you for correcting me. I did not know that it was taken from real photos. But still, I have no doubts that Fermi will be amazing.

Hahaha I found myself drooling a little over the screens showing off what Fermi can do

Makes Crysis look like a 10 year old drew it with broken crayons.

I hope Blizzard doesn't fall into the same sh*thole that Activision is in.

The whole Activision/Blizzard deal better not make Blizzard into the "industry leading" pricks that Activision is. Blizzard has made games polished to a blinding sheen and Activision better not be bringing them down because I am really looking forward to Diablo III.

On topic:
I stopped caring about MW2` after I heard about no dedi's. IW is a monument to ignorance. They know wh...

Tell that to the people who are too busy playing this game to reply to your ludicrous comment.

You're going to pass on a game because there's no jump button??

That's the stupidest thing I've heard in a long time.
You sir, are a fool.

Remember the good ol days of Precursor Legacy???
That was one of the many games that got me hooked on PS2.

Naughty Dog better make a new Jak and Daxter for PS3. It would be EPIC.
I can see it now..... BIIG environments to roam, things to smash, platforming, maybe even racing!(racing <-----siike)

More informative network icons
-you can find gadgets that do a better job of monitoring network traffic than what a tiny icon in the system stray can.

Show Desktop Icon
-there is an option to use Aero-peek or click to view desktop.

The Sidebar
-you don't have to stack them on the side. They can move to any position on the desktop.

Windows Mail
-who the hell even uses Windows mail anymore?

Prepare for:
-10 year olds beating your ass
-10 year olds cussing you out
-10 year olds complaining about lag (wait.. that will be pretty much everyone. nvm that one)

I think everyone should just go play this right now.

I'm using Chrome right now.
It's simple and the interface is much cleaner. It has poor third party support so when something doesn't work I just switch to FF.

I would never use Internet Exploder. Go on any site and its like you get bombarded with pop-ups. NOT cool.

I'm a big Mac guy so I'm used to using Safari, although recently I haven't used it often. I have all 4 browsers on my desktop but for me, it's Chrome that is used the most.

I'm getting it for PC.
Although this game isn't a graphical powerhouse it'll have more value to me because of (hopefully) free DLC like what Bioware did with Mass Effect and the Bring Down the Sky DLC. And I'm a modder so the mod toolset will keep me occupied beyond just the main game.

But if your only choices are 360 or PS3 I would have to say PS3. I don't have one but if I had both consoles I would definitely choose PS3 because I like the controller better than 360. But ...

"A little dash of Mass Effect, plus a pinch of Kotor, and a cup of Baldurs Gate, plus a little story stealage (not a word) from the LOTR"

That's like the perfect storm of RPG's. Coming from Bioware I have little doubt that it'll be nothing less than superb.

Too many shooters.
Of course I'm going to play them (except MW2) but there should be more variety in the holiday releases.
I am looking forward to Dragon Age and Assassin's Creed 2 but the shooter that will get most of my attention is L4D2.

That game looks mighty good. Too bad I have other commitments. I'm already playing D&D Online and that's pretty good, plus no subscription fee.

If I'm going to invest in an MMO then I would definitely have to say Guild Wars 2 gets my money. I've played WoW and kinda didn't have enough commitment to play and the monthly fee doesn't help. Why pay for something you're just going to play for a week or a week and a half per month while still paying for the full month.
Perso...

And Wii developers (the good ones) wonder why people won't take their game seriously....

It's games like this that make the Wii look like it's for kids.
Shame on you Nintendo. Where's my new IP??? I don't want to play Barbie Goes to Fairyland or whatever crap they're pumping out these days.

Why doesn't everyone just play both?!

Torchlight is amazing.

5943d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

Hell yes. Everyone should just go get Torchlight right now. I'm thinking of getting it for my friends just so we can compare loot and have a little bit of competition.. hehehe.

Well hopefully people will think "Hey, they predicted 2012 and nothing's happened yet, maybe I shouldn't believe in this sh*t anymore."

They'll do the world a favor.
