Wow, I think you missed the entire point of the piece...also you just listed sequals. The article clearly states that games are not evolving like they used to and franchises are being milked. Yes they are great games but hardly innovative.

go the projector route....it's cheaper than most decent tvs now

@darkride...what projector do you have?

I had an optoma hd65...a free firmware upgrade came out for it making it 3d....so it only cost £250 for the 3d-xl convertor. Now we have 120" screen....it's mindblowing.

But the whole setup will only cost you about £650.

I don't get it. Will the prices of these games fluctuate with demand like usual retail copies or will they remain as monsterously high as their online store counterparts?

Is this the publishers way of sneaking in digital distribution in a trojan horse like fashion before yanking the rug out from under the retailers feet.

I read the only reason digital titles are so high is because retailers would refuse to stock the physical discs. Once digital retail re...

I think it's a little early to call time on the 3DS, hopefully it can still reach it's potential. But on the other hand I do feel like there is a chance it could have harmed the 3D movement as a whole.

After Avatar and the ps3's 3d drive..there was quite a lot of buzz surrounding the tech and talk of what it could bring to gaming. Then Nintendo managed to completely steal ALL thunder with a 'BOOM we've got glasses free!' The internet and newspapers ali...

Fahrenheit was the first game I ever played since the zx spectrum days. I completed it...not only that I completed it twice more...each game gave a different experience. I'm sad to say I excpected that from every other modern game...they never delivered. Not that I didn't enjoy myself...just was left wanting more.

I don't see why all other games cant implement a more diverse alternate 2nd or 3rd playthrough. We have the tech...lets use it!

It's still a MASSIVE leap to assume that the game is pure tittilation.

Never judge a book by it's cover...or a game by it's sleeve.

WTF? At what point was Catherine marketed as 'as a sexual thrill ride'?

The gameplay mechanics are exactly what they were described as by every game site...also there was a demo.

From everything I read about the game it seemed to suggest it was a puzzle game, that would deal with the nature of relationships...with added anthropomorphic sheep thrown in for good measure.

'can we blame them for a blatantly misleading marketing campai...
