I got that sense too. He didn't seem too happy writing that the PS3 version is superior. Reminds me of how they downplayed the differences of FF13 too.

Not complaining about the score, but the treatment. SOOO much attention has been given in past years by reviewers on the differences (read: superiority) of 360 versions of games. Now that we have PS3 ports/versions on par/better than the 360 counterparts, many reviewers are strangely silent.
Double standards and a memory of how unevenly the platforms have been treated in the past is what I'm getting at.
Sensationalist reviewer. I've heard him say a few logical things here and there, but they're generally outweighed by his obnoxious attitude. He stirs up the hive, which generates traffic...you know the drill.

Not to be a jerk, but SHMUP means 'shoot em up'. I.e., vertical or horizontal scrolling shooters like R-type etc. The FPS is an altogether different genre.
