M-Easy = Helghast are totally Nazis. Have you not noticed that this game is basically World War 2 in space? That's the point.
The first Resistance game.
You COULD, but it was hardly a useful feature, and I beat the game multiple times without ever using it.
Also, Halo.
Why I'm psyched for Assassin's Creed 3:
It's Assassin's Creed 3.
An honest mistake.
Yeah, but it was never necessary and it was always really arcadey. Like, when you aimed down your sites, it was basically just a zoom and you still had the aiming reticule and everything. It wasn't a big part of the gameplay at all.
Somewhere here doesn't like this game, apparently. Every comment here has thumbs down.
Fear not, I have saved the day with my magical thumbs up giving abilities.
Anyway, this footage looks good, but it seems they're ripping off CoD with the whole aiming down the sites thing. And the quickly dying enemies is curious as well. And what happened to the Marksman's scope?
And the sprint animation with the pistol is weird. And hopefully ...
$60 is a lot of money. I don't care who you are. Some games are more than worth it, but paying $60 for a rehash of another game is asinine. And so is paying that much for a game that lasts 5 or 6 hours.
I thought the original GTA was awful, even for its time. I wasn't a fan of GTA 4, but I'd say I'm probably alone on that one.
What's with the picture of Fallout 3 for Half-Life 2?
I'd say it's as much a horror game as Resident Evil. I've found myself in several situations where I've been out of ammo and have had to scavenge what I could while being chased by freaks, which is scary. Not all of the scares are well earned (monster closets suck) but I definitely find myself up against the wall a lot.
Turn-based battles are pretty dumb if you think too hard about them, but I don't really care because when it comes to gameplay they're a ton of fun. There's certainly more strategy involved.
I never got around to playing XIII. I might have to rent it or pick it up when it's cheap, and if this game is good then I'll have to give it a spin. I've been playing a lot of Kingdom Hearts lately and I could go for another FF game if they're not going to mak...
The most opinionated and arrogant post I've read in a long time.
Gamers are dicks. I've had no problems whatsoever with the multiplayer. I've experienced no lag, disconnects, glitches or hacks. And the campaign surpassed MW2 in pretty much every way.
Even if I did experience these issues, I wouldn't take it out on the company by insulting them on N4G and Facebook, as if that would do anything.
GameSpot takes more time than IGN, but they're way too shy about giving anything above an 8.5. I've come to learn that an 8.5 is actually a 9 for GameSpot.
If they actually try something new then I might pick this one up. But if it's just a rehash of the last 10,000 games in the series then you can count me out.
This isn't that good. I know the website this came from and there are tons of WAY better L.A. Noire boxes there. In fact, this is pretty crappy by the site's standards.
Dumbest comment on N4G? Possibly.
I must be the only person who thinks this game is hideous.
This was a pretty lame article. The stuff about how Halo Reach is a metaphor for the inevitability of death was cheesy and not at all true.
SPOILER
Also, how did you not expect Kratos to kill himself? The whole series was leading up to it. The very first game began with him trying to kill himself.
It's a great score. Just because it's not as amazing as we expected doesn't mean it isn't great.
It is a bit strange, though, considering the review is pretty much all praise.
