THE TRANSFORMERS! *80s advert outro*
I'm hoping it'll be £45 like it is on the website because I'll be popping in on friday to buy it.
Giving necromorphs more health for a start and giving us co-op scenarios like UC2 and R2 with about 3-4 players doing objectives.
Whilst I regard myself as a big RE fan, I can't say I'm that bothered about the franchise anymore. Obviously, RE6 won't be a timed exclusive on any console as Capcom have now taken a pro-multiplatform stance, but RE5 was a let down, like FFXIII. Both are great games, but could have been much better. After playing DS2 I can't say I'm that bothered about RE6...RE mercs on the 3DS didn't really wow me either.
If there is an RE6 (which there will be), I...
Patches have nothing to do with store updates, they come out whenever, like the patch that came out today in Europe, we don't have an update until after the Americans.
Anyways its great that we finally have the patch, but they've taken too long, so I'll resume ME2 once I've finished Dead Space 2 and Killzone 3.
Its well done though.
Whilst £250 is expensive, for the NGP, thats not bad considering the tech in it. I guess thats something I need to put on my Xmas list.
The trailer looks good because I'm a sucker for zombies, but I'd have liked to have seen some gameplay instead of a CGI movie.
I hope Geohot doesn't drop the soap when he goes dooooown.
I'd like to donate my fist to his face to be honest.
"I have...big balls!"
I saw it at £28 in Gamestation today...I died a little inside knowing I paid £40 for it, and Dead Space 2 for the same price. =/ Well, atleast I got to play these excellent games as soon as they came out.
@Anthrax
Yeah, I'm sure Kinect is something new, providing we forget about the Eyetoy.
No, I've studied the Wii's line up and I was just using the likes of Cooking Mamma and Wii-Fit to illustrate my point. I still believe the GC has more quality hardcore games to be honest.
It isn't BS. I think Nintendo has changed. Back in the pre-Wii days, with the GC and the N64 etc, there was alot less emphasis on the "casual gamer", and there was a distinct lack of shovelware. I love the Gamecube because it had lots of excellent exclusives that were aimed at the more hardcore gamer i.e. Eternal Darkness, Metroid Prime etc etc. I know third party support was limited, but atleast it wasn't full of games like Cooking Mamma.
I'm not saying...
DAAAANY TEJO!
I remember reading a while back that EA said that a smaller team was working on ME2 a couple of years ago, but if its cancelled then I'll be really gutted, but I'm hoping that this "small team" is taking their time to make a quality sequel. I'm praying EA give us some more information and actually take the ME fan base seriously.
I'd say the PS4, well...all next-gen consoles are in their R&D stages, they're in production,trust me.
However, this gen,the "big three" want to get the most out of their current consoles and sell as much as they possibly can before they unveil their successors (PS4,Xbox 3,Wii 2). I'd say a 2012 reveal and a 2013 release is likely.
Well, now that the patch is out (in Europe at least) I'll be resuming after I finish DS2 and KZ3, because ME2 isn't an experience to miss out on post-patch.
