Wow, I wouldn't like to be a gamer in Germany then. For those German gamers who would have wanted to have played it, I hope you get the opportunity. Its a flawed game, but it is fun.

In the Library's defence, it did add alot of tension.
Although I do agree alot of it was frustrating, but nowhere near as frustrating as the High Charity level in Halo 3 where you have to rescue Cortana.

I remember watching the E3 trailer several times and gasping at how amazing Chloe looked on the bus, and when I watched that cutscene when playing the game I was like "...wtf? why is this different?".
I'm just going to wait for it to go down in price because I'm not that big on handhelds anymore. I do like handhelds, but going to wait until the Vita gets a bigger game library and a price drop (as I'd like the 3G version). Plus when I get it, it will have Killzone, Resistance, Uncharted so I'll buy them all at once. :)
Yes, I did wonder why that bit looked totally different and poor in comparison to the E3 build.
I enjoyed UC3, ALOT. Had ND stuck to the graphics in the E3 build, kept those character models for multiplayer and kept the gunplay the same as UC2 then I would have been over the moon. I just can't help but feel dissapointed. 3D I feel is to blame and I'm sure UC3 would have looked like the E3 build at a stable 30fps if they didn't incorporate 3D.

Also, may I add that Halo has a gigantic universe, full of stories and many stories still to tell. There are novels, comics, 'webisodes and anime. I can tell you that there are not many FPS franchises out there with a universe that rivals Halo.
Besides, with games like CCD its just 'kill this terrorist who is threatening to nuke America!!!!111', and there aren't a variety of enemies - they're usually Islamic or Russian. With Halo you have the Covenant i.e....
Sub HD or not, there is no denying that the PS3 installments of R&C look good.
I don't think there was anything wrong with how the previous Tomb Raider games played (this gen and the last). Seriously, Legends is one of my favourite games on the PS2/PS3.

Hard, but not impossible. The Ratchet and Clank series is a great example of games that run in 60fps and look awesome.
Its funny, I just completed Combat Evolved Anniversary this evening and I can still tell you that Halo matters.
Halo might not have the same mainstream effect anymore but its a genre that has been consistently excellent. The population may be low but people still play it, its easy to get into games - hell, even Halo on the PC is still fairly active.
Halo redfined the FPS genre on consoles and deserves all the respect and gratitude from gamers.

Hopefully Microsoft will not only buy new franchises, but invest in new studios. I know its not cheap but it will be worth it in the end if they manage to create some more AAA franchises like Sony.
The 360 does have some quality exclusives like Halo, Gears and Alan Wake, but it really lacks in comparison to the PS3, lets face it.

Perhaps, but lets face it...COD has no destructible environments and thats not fun. I'm not saying it should be exactly like BF in that aspect, but to have some sort of destruction would be nice.
Vehicles is a great thing for FPS games, Halo has them and other games do too, so its not like the only FPS with vehicles is BF.
