Yes, Selveria also made an appearance in VC3. I can't remember if it was on the main game or if it was on a DLC (included in the complete edition)
As for VC2, she was just a unlockable character. So it was a non-canon appearance.
Now if we can only get Sega to localize the game~

I definitely agree the Vita needs more apps. It will greatly justify the purchase and adds functionality to the device and if Sony can get those PS Suite games going then that will be all for the better.

Capcom the thing that should be banned is how your treating your fans with all this DLC mumbo-jumbo of yours.
This is surprising to me, I'm an owner of Mass Effect 2 on the PS3 and I never had any freezing issues on that one.

You know guys the dedicated handheld market is being attacked by people who wants it to fail. The last thing we need is for both fans of the Vita and 3DS at each others throat.
I know there is a history for both fans but look at the bigger picture because if one of these guys fail then the doom and gloom media will have a field day and that would really hurt the market in more ways than one.

Sony's TV division is the one losing money not the Playstation division.
There is a reason they put the Playstation division with the rest of the consumer electronic division and that's to cover the loses of the other divisions with the revenue of the Playstation division.
So Sony going out like Sega, is only a haters wet dream. lol!

Sony needs to bring out more PS Vita only games, more free apps and games made from the PS Suite before they should even bring the prices down because if they bring the price down and the software is either not ready or is still far off from release then they'll just put themselves in a bigger hole.
Now the interesting part is if the PS3 gets a price cut this year, then the PS Vita must follow because you won't be able to justify to a lot of gamers that a gaming handh...
I hope we hear something about Type-0 and FFXIIIVs at E3 at the earliest. I'll be shock if SE doesn't mention these two games by that time.
