Nothing is set in stone yet, so it still may come in a physical media. They could just put a code where you pay for a small fee to put it on your PS3 or something, maybe even free who knows.

Being a downloadable does make sense. It will make it possible for the game to be played on both the PS3 and PSV without having the consumer pay for another copy.
You must have missed last year's E3 MorbiD and Sony did learn with the Vita by not selling it at a lost.
But isn't there a 360 sku that is still cheaper than the PS3 even with the price drop?

Well the real question is, if they do decide to go forward with this anti-pre owned stuff will it make our games really inexpensive? Will they stop shoving DLCs on us and release the game with full content?
Because if the answers are no and no, then I'm not in favor of this anti-pre owned plan. Which of course, I think is very unlikely to happen.
