^I do not believe making the PS+ available on the PSV was a desperate move. Its just common sense to have the same feature since your using the same PSN account.
What Sony really needs aside from making at least the smallest capacity card free with every Vita purchase, is to stop supporting the PSP in Japan. So the 3rd party developers would start moving their games to the newer device.
I mean not even the multiplatform games that is popular in Japan is avail...
SE how about localizing FF Type-0?
If you get a chance you should also get Persona 3 because they have a cross over with Persona 4 in the Mayonaka Arena and the plot there may or may not have something to do with what is about to come in Persona 5.
You will not regret getting into the Persona series. Its a unique experience.
Not having a free memory card (even the smallest capacity one) can put a possible customer off. The memory card is an important piece of the device needing to put out extra cash just to have one can be seen as a hidden cost. I think a lot of people can forgive the price of the Vita right now since everyone knows that in the console industry the price goes down eventually but buying a memory card instead of an extra. That can be a turn off.
Also the sales of the Vita in Japan ...
Its turn base and each Persona game is a different story from one another. So your not missing out on anything if you start with 4.
I do recommend playing 3 afterwards and then the Mayonaka Arena.
Well Sony is just going to suck it up for awhile since this recovery plan is slated to be on-going for 3 years (if I am not mistaken) and they are just barely in the 1st year of Kaz in the helm.
So its going to be a long bumpy road ahead.
As for Olympus, here is the reason Sony tied the knot with them (so-to-speak): http://www.bus...
Boy, they must be tired of all the PS Vita Doom and Gloom article that they needed a break and started another Wii U Doom and Gloom article.
Can't the industry catch a break from all this negativity?
Its super monkey ball! With rewind powers and no monkey. ^^
Nihilistic clearly got caught between a rock and a hard place when they accepted the project.
No one really knows how far Activision was with the development of the game, since clearly it was not their priority and then Sony probably was in a rush to get the game out.
The game clearly needed more development time. To make it a AAA worthy title.
ACIII:L just needs a freaking patch for fix some of the game issues. The funny thing is, its with t...
You may want to read this article regarding how VGChartz gathers their data: http://www.gamasutra.com/ph...
Bless their souls for trying, I think they are doing a wonderful job and gives us something to talk about but we can never consider their numbers spot on.

You got to understand that to the console makers Shipment means sales and Shipment data is more accurate than Sold data because not every console sold around the world can ever be counted.
Even NPD has a percentage they cannot cover but with Shipment data, you can clearly get a big picture about how good or bad the demand is for a particular product.
A price cut (and free memory card) would definitely help the Vita sell more but I believe at this point in time that no one can outdo the king of handheld gaming.
Ninty has been entrenched in the market for decades, that its automatic for people to buy their handheld gaming devices by just brand knowledge alone.
@darthv72
I agree with your statement about Sony supporting a product that is well past its prime. Continuing to support the PSP is...
But don't forget Sony is still supporting the PSP in the Land of the Rising Sun. That is why a lot of the 3rd party developers have no incentive to move the games they are developing for the PSP onto the Vita and not all of those games are Vita compatible and if they are (available by PSN) no one knows about it because they are not advertised as such.
Look at what Ninty did with the DS, once the 3DS was released. They stopped supporting the DS. Sony needs to make the same...
Waiting for fan interest? Is that a joke...? We have been interested in this game since it was announced!
You need to have played the game in order to appreciate the anime. There are a lot of things the anime does not cover and the Vita version has additional character and scenario too.
Kat as a DLC character... free for 2 weeks... Cross buy...
TEMPTING!
Its not only that but Sony is still supporting the PSP in the Land of the Rising Sun. So the 3rd party developers have no incentive to abandon the older device for the newer ones.
What makes it even worse, the new PSP games may not even be compatible with the Vita and even if they are no one knows about it because its not advertised for both system.
Look at what Ninty did with the DS, they stopped supporting it the moment the 3DS came out and after the rough ...
You shouldn't really get affected by the disagrees man, lot of people barely reads an entire posts these days or tries to understand them anyway.
I think Nihilistic should have been given more time in developing this game because clearly Activision was not making this game their priority since they have COD:BO2 on their plate. So we do not know where they were at with the development progression of this game.
More than likely Nihilistic got caught between a rock and a hard place when they were given this project to finish.
Now there's a classic right there. I remembered playing this game multiple times back in the day. A worthy game to have in one's personal collection.
