It may probably be on the PS4 bundled with the 1st game or they could release it for both systems but right now its kinda unlikely that it will remain a Vita exclusive. I could be wrong but the way Sony is treating the Vita this may become a reality when TGS comes by.
I don't believe its been announced for a western release yet. I could be mistaken though.

Incorrect thats BS propaganda done by only a few. I've been to China and there are Japanese companies doing business there far longer than some of the biggest NA or EU companies have.
There are Japanese students there that studies as well. You may want to go to China first because what you say doesn't reflect the general population at all.

If its all about common sense then you should know hype is only part of the equation for success, lots of things are involved in situations like this which the article tries to forget just to prove a misguided point. So I wouldn't complain about getting disagreed if you actually support the article because the agrees are more questionable.

I'm confused with the logic here... because at the end of the article it states that the game will make more money once it hits the other platforms. You can't consider that more sales for an exclusive when it becomes multiplatform in the end. :/

I only stated the facts. If there are people that still believes the entire MGS series outside of MGS4 is a Playstation exclusive then that's their problem.
If you mean Metal Gear Solid, that lost its exclusivity during the PS2/GC/Xbox era. MGS2 was on the Original Xbox and the series originally came out on a Ninty console.
The only MGS game that never made it to another platform was MGS4.

I would rather have them not adding English voice acting if it means lessening the localization cost for the devs/pubs which could lead to increasing the chances of a game getting localized.
I would really be excited if Sega would actually localize them Yakuza games.
R3 (Region 3) games do cost at most $40 that's nothing new. That's the same price in Hong Kong and what we get here in the Philippines.
