The only flaw I see is some games aren't compatible with it but I feel it could be corrected if Sony and the rest would use the PS4 controller as a substitute for the Vita control features.
Not sure what the other crippling features are though.
True but I would rather put the money on it for another Vita game besides I'm more mobile now because of work :(

Maybe not as close as you think. The China launch was the best chance the X1 had before Halo. Those countries you just mentioned are all Sony land except maybe for Russia (I'm not sure here) and South Korea is PC land consoles rarely do good there these days.
Looks like PSN is back up again. I'm able to log in right now on both my PS3 and Vita.

Baba did say that the localization of Tales of Innocence R will depend on Tales of Hearts R sales. So I hope we get enough, so we can get the next game localized and hopefully we get ToV in the future like an anniversary release like what happened with Symphonia recently. :)

I'll admit I'm one of the skeptics about the success of console gaming in China but I realized if the market can become big over there, then it will mean more revenue which will hopefully lead for more localization of games from the Eastern hemisphere.
Suikoden 6 needs to happen the True Rune Saga needs to have a great ending.
They can't even release those (except for 1) on PSN or whatever mobile is out there -_-

Here in Asia prices usually doesn't change much wether we get a console before or after its official release date. Heck! Even an official price drop from the Big 3 won't move prices for months lol
That's probably the best way to go since we have ZERO chance of seeing this localized.
