It's a choice. You don't have to play it at all
Of course they looked like they were having fun. They are talk show hosts. Whether they were having fun or not they had to put up a good front. What sre they going to say? 'That was the worst piece of crap I ever played' right to the guy's face? The question is, what did they really thing of it off camera
Most likely a paint and draw game that shows off the Move's accuracy . They have shown several examples of that already
I don't know why everyone is so suprised anyway. This is just Microsoft's usual MO. They hype, tell half truths and say anything to make you purchase their products and when the real truth comes out they and ever other person who pretend not to see it start with the excuses. Microsoft didn't lie about the Kinect but told a half truth. This is why they didn't mention this little controller fact during their conference. Not only would saying 'you still need the controller...
Okay Microsoft I give up. I have given up trying to figure out what you are trying to do . I don't know who you are trying to sell this thing to, who you are trying to compete with, why you are hiding the price if its so cost effective, what is with these strange games you are trying to push on us like boats you control by jumping and moving back and forth and cars you accelarate by pushing with your HANDS. And now your are here telling us that to play controller less gaming you are going ...
I don't know about HHG but this is not the first time I heard someone claim that the Move works well with Heavy Rain. They said when you do the motion of drinking for example the character does it in sync with you. So hate HHG all you like but don't mistake his overzealousness for exaggeration about the Move's capabilities.
Don't lump us all together with 'us idiots'. I only buy shooters when they are intresting or unique, not every World War 2,modern war conspiracy driven,Black OPS,war is hell or sneakfest that all these companies crap out when ever they feel that their piles of money are getting smaller.
If it is true,Microsoft has definitely lost any hope of getting any PS3 or Nintendo owners to buy a Kinect. Move: $80.00 to $100 (basic) Wii: $199.00. Kinect;$350 at best.No sale Microsoft.
Now that Nintendo has gone almost completely casual I would have to say yes. Once, just like Sega and Sony they catered for both hardcore and casual but not anymore. Nintendo and their fans are too different fron the original Nintendo generation.
I don't believe that the Kinect should never have been made. I think they should have spent more time working on it. They are so busy trying to beat Sony to the punch they haven't fully realized that the Kinect seems incomplete. It isn't very precise, the kind of games you play are very limited, there is no feed back, all movements made are either exaggerated or unnatural. I don't hate new tech and I would love to see this kind of thing perfected but right now it doesn't ...
I dislike this guy too.But after seeing the Move tech demos as opposed to the Kinect ones I can see it's limitations as clear as day. And it has a lot of them. The racing game and the rafting gaame have proven that
The level of detail is impressive. Love the new weapon. Should have some fun taking out the baddies with it. Will miss the Dustmen though. I would have liked to have seen their powers evolve.
Yeah! It's not like when the new Zelda game stopped responding to the controller right in front of everyone on stage at E3. Wait, yes it is like that. Guess that makes the Wii lame too.
Yeah I would love to see Bungie and Microsoft use that line to convince my girlfriend to play Halo.
The exo frame alone would make an excellent mech game. Or even better a game where you wear power armor. Or even a Rampage like game where you stomp and smash through a city. I like the direction the Move is going.
Confirmed. Kinect makes you look like an @$$
Doesn't matter to me. I hate RE5. So in short, don't care Capcom
This could take creation and customization to a whole other level.
Beause it has Go karts. How could it not be great?
Not if Sony or Nintendo has anything to say about it. The only thing that is dying and in danger of disappearing is the the market for the 360 in Japan
