I think is more of a matter of support. The Xbox community doesn't support these games that much and so the publisher sees no value in creating a version for Xbox.
Then they can't be called exclusives. That's the point, and if they are, then PS5 and PC only games must be called exclusives too. No double standards.
Xbox in general needs more games. Look at how Xbox community reacts when they finally get a good game... Like they haven't get anything good in a long time. Also, to be exact, HiFi Rush is multiplatform as it available on PC. Is not an Xbox exclusive and if it is, then we have to also start calling exclusives those Playstation games that are on PC too.

When you have a platform that for years did not had anything decent, any time is a perfect time for a good game.

PSVR 2 is a very big upgrade and the price is justify with all those amazing upgrades.
This tech is very exciting. Can't wait to dwell on those VR worlds.
I don't know but as Xbox has put their eyes and hope on Behtestha, I'm not sure Halo will receive the attention, management and passion it needs to come back to life.
