Had nothing to do with community outcry. It's a basic pricing strategy, list a higher price than what you really are going to charge and then lower it shortly thereafter to give the appearance of a 'deal'.

Meh, pretty sure r* knows that the millions of online players couldn't care less about the sp portion of gta and are glad that gtao has their full attention at the moment.
Hopefully they won't waste time and resources on something that barely gets played in the future as they have the data to prove how few folks even bothered with the sp so gtao can continue to expand.

Eh, makes no difference to me as I NEVER buy single player only games at full price. What's the point? Complete waste of money. I'll sit back and laugh at all those who are too impatient to wait for the complete edition for a vastly diminished price tag.
Hopefully it doesn't have the cheap backstabs and broken combat mechanics that made DS1 so popular. Also hope it has a much better layout than DS1, felt like the majority of the levels where all sitting on top of each other.

You expected a full game experience, from a BETA? But after reading on I see why. 400 hours in one of the most repetitive games I've ever played. Had more fun in the beta than I did in destiny lol.
