Gamers will pick up an X1 most certainly, but only as a secondary console most likely towards the end of the gaming cycle.

Example, they start everyone off with an ak47 which seems fair until you acknowledge that there are those who more skilled using that weapon than others might be.

Weapon pickups are garbage and promote camping map control mentality instead of hunting down the other team with skill and reflexes. Loadouts are just more suitable for an mp....
Barebones ISN'T where it's at. Nothing worse then having to waste time looking for an adequate weapon instead of being able to enjoy the match right from the beginning.
Extremely thrilled they realized they messed up mp in UC2 and moved away from such a crappy design. I do hope they include a more casual classic mode for you all though where you all can play map control to your hearts content.
Hell no. This game wasn't worthy of all those perfect scores and it certainly isn't worthy of goty honors. It's just too repetitive. Gameplay is it's shining best quality but that isn't enough to warrant goty. Environments are extremely bland, no real mission variety, etc.
Games shouldn't win due to nostalgia or hype, but because they are the total package and embody what gaming is all about.
Agree wholeheartedly. Way too many here like to ignore the official numbers in favor of numbers they pulled outta their ass to downplay UC3 mp, which frankly was awesome.
I do hope they get some type of classic mode so they'll shut the hell up about it and enjoy their simplistic play.
I actually do that for all games now and think more gamers should as well, wait until the game and all corresponding dlc is $60 or less and then buy. If the main game is extremely lacking buy the game used so they see even less profit.
After getting burned by Sr3 and it's terrible season pass this has been my standard.
Do yourself a favor and DON'T skip DS2. Don't let someone else's bias make you miss a very very good game.

Nope, plenty of folks swore up and down it wasn't going to be affected by fo4 and even hinted that it would move X1's. Obviously they were wrong but they were quite adamant about it.
