It's even better. If you loot and or kill them, witnesses do not care and will not report your activities.
EDIT: In the loot you can find letters that show just how stupid the KKKers are.

I stopped following the stories about this game. $330 attack ship? What? If you bought the game, didn't you "buy the game." I get how Kickstarter works, but no game that I ever supported gave me a competitive edge over other players because of how much money I spent.

And I remember people complaining about the Online which is actually free considering that the game was announced without it and launched without it. (Note: After announcement of GTAV, the Online portion was announced. Since I (and many people) already preordered it (because Rockstar) online was a freebie.)

I haven't had any problem, but I know that games will put up HUDS as a means of keeping the player from nausea.
But the reality is that the nausea was only affecting very few people even though the haters love to tout it all the time.
