Menu worlds are annoying. Good call.
How about add: "Do gamebreaking bugs and rubberbanding burden your enjoyment of a game?" to your market research.
If you look at related stories they named LOU one of the best games of the year.
I wonder if the author of the review and the author of this article are the same person as I do not heed (or read) reviews.
Yeah? Maybe I didn't explain it well enough. The idea that I couldn't possibly harm this person I suspected would destroy the airship, then destroys the airship by harming herself ruined the narrative because in most of the game most people can be harmed by explosions, bullets etc.
Same with the MW2 "No Russian." You fail the mission by shooting Makrov!?!! You should receive a commendation for doing it.
I just found that narratively laz...
I "got into" most of those, but I do agree with Bioshock. I have no problem with the glowing reviews of the game, and I played quite a bit of it.
But there were some problems with the game at the beginning that hampered the game for me: 1) Forced baptism which was weird, I couldn't just walk past these people. 2) (SPOILER) I commandeered an airship wherein a religious zealot was standing behind me. I hit her with every weapon at my disposal: not a flinch. Oka...
Why do some people think that it is impossible to own a PC and a console at the same time? And, why can't these people imagine a world wherein gamers enjoy playing on both platforms?
Or just make roster updates as DLC. Then, once every 3 years or so, release a new core game. This would allow for more innovation instead of being on a one year schedule every year.
The reason for this is that EA bought exclusivity to develop for the NFL license. No other NFL licensed games could be made.
It came after the amazing success of the NFL2K series of games that were superior and about $30 cheaper.
They launched the games at $19.99!
Yes! How about, "What Madden can learn from NFL 2K5."
TLOU is a post apocalyptic narrative, not dystopian.
1984, Gattaca, Equilibrium, Fahrenheit 451, and Brave New World are dystopian.
So...
Graphics Upgrades?
Sorry haters!
"A lineup such as..." every single First person game that has been released/ will be released for the PS4. But as someone said earlier, that could also go for 3rd person and there is no reason many of the 3rd person games could be employed.
No potential games here. Though, if a dev company was smart they would develop for both.
The point is: Morpheus already has titles for it.
I think Morpheus will do better because it already has a lineup of games that can be used for it, has motion control that is already in the market.
I honestly think that having it paired with a console gives it an advantage that other VR devices don't have. Add the PSCamera and Motion controllers and you can get a pretty cool VR experience because you can look down and hold that golf club/AK47/Lightsaber/whathavey ou in your hand. There still won't be force feedback, but there will be immersion on a scale that can't be matched.
I really think that the benefactors will be makers of games like No Man's Sk...
So, you haven't played the game yet, but feel the need to defend a trolling review?
And that is exactly what this is. As TotallyNotGlenn said, "this article feels speculative at best, and full of non-issues-made-issues."
The game is still accepted well by users (A 7.5 here from N4G users) and an 8 from 204 different sources.
I could just as easily claim (in caps for some reason) all the websites that gave it a great score, but ...
Nice job bringing this to light! Will support.
Watch Dogs sold 8 million copies. The reviews were solid: 8s-9s. Gamers enjoy the experience.
How does any of that equal "fail" in your mind?
Oh, I see. The typical hipster review: "Game X (that has received hype) doesn't live up to my expectations, although I couldn't possibly make a game with even a 100th of the visuals and gameplay myself."
Your review is so generic and full of trolling tropes that it is unr...
Valve does not make games with the number 3 in them. It is part of their ideology.
Trilogies are often forced. I am sure that if Valve had a wonderful storyline in which to place Gordon Freeman, then they would have done so.
There will be no Team Fortress 3, DOTA 3, Left for Dead 3 and there certainly will not be a Half Life 3.
Valve will make a new IP that will be utterly stupendous, however.
What would really be great if there were civilians.
I have never seen so many sterile war environments where there are absolutely no civilians. No one has the cajones to include them.
Imagine: the next Call of Battlefield of Honor could have civilians moving around trying to avoid getting killed. Killing civilians (in any way shape or form) could penalize your team (losing tickets in Battlefield or kills in COD).
I think it would change t...
This. I think this is evidence of who the worst fanboys are. Sony fans aren't all upset at Insomniac making Sunset Overdrive. You don't see petitions and screaming because we are missing out on what is one of Xbone's best upcoming games.
We are talking about an independent studio finally realizing that embracing a console (the lead selling one at the moment) is good for business. Destiny isn't an exclusive PS4 game. So, why all the accusations? Or is it ...
