You shouldn't, no one is forcing you to buy it and you already made your mind about the game, so why make these stupid articles?
Just go ahead and play Call of Duty or Halo or Madden or Rock Band or whatever the **** you like to play, and stop making idiotic "I must b1tch about something!" articles.

This was one of my top 10 favorite Ps2 games ever, along with Twisted Metal Black, Mark of Kri, Resident Evil 4, Silent Hill 2, The Warriors and some others.

I'm not the world's biggest Halo fan (loved 1, hated 2, didn't bother with 3...but cannot wait for ODST), but this is getting annoying.
It's just a bunch me "me too" websites looking for more hits by bashing the newest popular product, that's all.

Yeah, I see what you mean about Borderlands, but I think it'll work.
We'll have the "serious" post-apocalyptic FPS with Fallout 3 and Rage, so I think we have room for a cel-shaded one.
Plus, the "Diablo" aspects (random looting, leveling up, etc) make the game very attractive, IMO.

I loved Halo 1, but didn't like Halo 2 and 3.
I'm one of those "It's horribly overrated" people, and I'm also one of those people who question the loyalty of Bungie fans.
That being said, ODST looks really great, and I'll be buying it. The Firefight mode alone seems like it'll be worth the money.
Plus, I'd rather learn Halo 3 multiplayer and get into it, than to support Activision and CoD.
If it gets kids to listen to some REAL rock and roll instead of the terrible trash that gets pushed nowadays, then I'm happy.
