No im not trying to button mash, This is coming from someone who beat Bayonetta, Castlevania, God of war, Demon Souls on the hardest difficulty. The combat is easy and not that fun. Not a lot of depth either. Countering is far to easy. And the controls are clunky, im not the only one who has said that. Batman Arkham City has a much smoother combat system where chaining combos is fun, fast, and takes more skill than Assassin's Creed easily.
The game is using the same engine since it debuted in 2007..... And engine that wasn't that good to begin with. The combat is easy and unintuitive. The controls always feel awkward. They need a new engine and more challenging unique combat.

Yeah thats the best thing about all of this. With Vita and 3DS it shows that Apple hasn't taken over handheld market. Im totally going to get down with Super Mario 3D land on Sunday!

I've played both games and Zelda has this amazing touch to it that just screams awesome. I can't describe it but there is something about this Zelda game to me that makes it GOTY.

This Dragon Ball Z game is one of the worst I have ever played. Every battle and character plays out the same. Mash X over and over... go into a clash.... press x or y, guess right you win, guess wrong counter,..... its bad, boring, and uninspired. The startup time on combos is insanely bad. I press the X button and about a second later Goku punches. The controls are sloppy and the game was rushed. Maybe someday there will be a good DBZ game, but this one isn't it.
No actually the Mario and Zelda games are really quite good and get the review scores they deserve. It the age of Bloody screens and regenerating health its a breath of fresh air to play a classic Nintendo game.
I disagree about the visuals. I think they are actually quite good. Actually having the game in front of your face is a much better way to see Skyward Sword's graphics.
My most anticipated game of the year. Nintendo has changed up the formula so much adding: Sprinting, Bird Flying, FF style mini games, ect. I truly cant wait to get my hands on this game November 20th!
Good Luck on that one. It will be hard for Sony to sell 100 million units. Considering PS2 reached fairly quick, and the PS3 is no where near the PS2 in units sold at this point in their lifecycle.

I would be surprised if skyward sword wasn't better than ocarina of time, this is the biggest Zelda game to date. And its packed full of content. Edge gave it a 10db and I've heard nothing but good things from it. I can't wait to play it for myself
While that might be true... what I know is I've seen games run in 60 FPS like Bayonetta (x360), Ninja Gaiden, COD, DMC 4 and Ive seen games that run in 30 FPS like Battlefield, Enslaved, Castlevainia Lords of Shadow, Uncharted ect and their is a clear different to game speed and fluidity.
BS! Graphics are NOT EVERYTHING! What about framerate. BF3 is still locked at 30 FPS with 32 players online while the PC has better graphics, double the framerate, and double the players online. We do need new consoles. I want 60 frames per a second standard for EVERY game on the Xbox 720, Wii U (ground up games for Wii U), and PS4.
No thats actually True. It seems like McShea is just hating on Zelda cause HE personally doesn't like the game or doesn't feel it does things new enough. That doesn't mean its fact.
