Well I think they could do something better. I would personally like all games to run at 1080P and 60 frames per a second. From what I've seen on PC's there is more room to have faster framerates with high end graphics.
Many people who played it at E3 said it was much more polished from last year. And it actually did look pretty cool at this years E3.

Bayonetta is 60FPS on the 360 isn't it? But I agree with you. I would just rather have 60 cuz i can tell the difference in a action game and in games like COD over Killzone between 30 and 60 FPS.

Yeah, thats what concerns me about the next generation. I hope game developers focus on having the smooth gameplay first then worry about graphics. I would faint if Mass Effect played in 60FPS next generation.

Yeah No DVD/Blue Ray Support isn't a big deal, not showing the console at E3 isn't a big deal is just a console..... Not being honest..... when did they not do that? Its still a year off and people are saying its doomed. They didn't screw up. The system isn't even out yet.

If you actually read any of the peoples impressions from E3 its actually really light and standard. It has all the standard buttons a normal controller has. Mapping a RC car to a touchscreen is a gimmick? How? it frees up the main screen so you can see your character. I've been killed a few times when trying to deploy a airstrike. What is so gimmicky about mapping that to a touchscreen. Your blind if you cant see the benefits of having a another screen to free up space on the main screen....
How so? The controller actually works really well with shooters.
- Imagine controlling the RC car in Black Ops with the touch screen instead of on the main screen. That way you can still see your player and not get killed.
- Or mapping a air strike on the touch screen instead of a big old map covering the main screen.
- Even item management, switching classes, and map navigation would all be enhanced by a touchscreen.

Most of their games aren't. Uncharted 1-3, Resistance 1-3, Mag, Killzone, all 720p 30FPS.
Hopefully we get a solid 2D metroid on the 3DS or on the Wii U shop channel. Im thinking with new controller the Wii U is best suited for Metroid Prime.

Sony has already stated their not going to have a PS3 level of development with the PS4. Which is good cause it will keep prices down. But honestly graphics are one thing gameplay is another. Sony needs to get their games running in 1080p 60 FPS enough of this 720p 30FPS crap.
I think it will look better to be honest. Nintendo has top notch artists. No game this generation looked as pretty as that Zelda Tech demo. I am really excited for the Wii U.

The Wii U doesn't really NEED 3rd party exclusives. Nintendo's 1st party games are enough. I think Nintendo needs good 3rd party exclusive content that really enhances the gameplay over the PS3 and 360.

Isn't Resistance basically funded by Sony? And you only named 2. There are hundreds of games that are multiplat. Last generation there were far more 3rd party exclusives like: Monster Hunter, DMC, Metal Gear Solid 3, God Hand, Okami, Dragon Quest 8, Soul Caliber 3, Final Fantasy 10&12, Rule of Rose, Xenosaga games, and the list goes on. The PS2 had a HUGE number of exclusive games last generation.
