I'm not happy because of the price of the 32 GB memory cards. Sony is raping the consumer with those prices. 32 GB SD cards are as low as 20 bucks. The Vita's are like $70 and up!
Sony goal wasn't to beat Nintendo in sales. Their goal was to make a better product in specs then the 3DS which they did.

Untill sony has an affordable 32 gb memory card and a biig library of good portable games, not console shooters like killzone. I will not be getting one. And while these sales are good. They are far under the sales of the 3$ds when it got its price cut. What happens when monster hunter 4 and pokemon x & y come out? I can assure you the vita will get smoked.

EA isn't putting Battlefield 4 on Wii U because of the bad business between Nintendo and EA. Why are people making up all these other excuses otherwise.

Except for the PS3 and Xbox 360. This generation brought a bunch of cover based and first person shooters. Hardly innovative in my opinion.
I don't think RAM equals more innovation. I think more RAM equals better graphics/better media functions.
Innovation is done through gameplay, not RAM. It's the same reason why Chrono Trigger, an almost 20 year old game is far more innovative than Final Fantasy 13
