this is the most excited ive been about a zelda game since Wind Waker. I really love the Zelda series. If they delay this to 2012 and put it on Wii 2 that might be a good thing. Either way im playing the hell out of this one
Sega = Bayonetta (Best New IP of the Year) and 1 of my personal GOTY- Vanquish ( Great 3rd person shooter that does a lot of cool things another great New IP) - Resonance of Fate ( a cult hit that blends turn based, strategy, and action all into 1 great package, reviewers dismissed it cause it was really difficult to play)
I think the good out weighs the bad easily!
Nope...... none of these will make me buy a 3D Tv. As soon as there are no glasses and the prices come down to a reasonable amount. Thats what I'll buy a 3D tv for. So like the guy said above me........ Keep your stupid 3D glasses and your overpriced TV and I'll continue gaming on my 32 inch 1080 P Samsung.
The story and voice acting are really good. But I am in the camp that think that Uncharted is super overrated. Demon Souls is a much better game to me.
Yeah it doesn't matter about the graphics of the other guys are doing the system still had features that were not done last gen. The system was released new in this gen. Therefor for Nintendo its the next generation of there system.
From what i've heard only 200 cars in GT5 are fully remodeled nice looking cars. The rest are highly polished PS2 models or not quite as good as the Full remodeled cars. And the crowds are still cardboard cutouts. Plus I heard the online isnt quite up to par yet. 7 seems like a fair score. maybe a 8. from edge at least
The Wii games came out this generation though on a console that was released in the this new generation of games. Your logic is flawed.
Mass Effect 3 or Legend of Zelda, Mega Man Legends 3, Demon Souls 2 (Project Dark), Final Fantasy versus, The Last Story, the last guardian, ect. going to be a interesting year.....
GOW 3 was not that great. It was solid but it brought nothing new to the table gameplay wise that we havent seen before. The only thing it did really well was graphics and blood. I didnt even understand the ending till my friend explained it to me.
Mario Galaxy 2 is well deserving.

Bayonetta is the most innovative action game in gameplay since Ninja Gaiden on the Xbox or Devil May Cry. You obviously know nothing about Bayonetta. And dont be so quick to dismiss Vanquish! It did a lot of things in the shooter genre that was different. The speed is one thing that makes the game stand out as one of the best of the year. And if you check out Gamespot's GOTY voting for the editors. Vanquish and Bayonetta are both among the GOTY nominees.

Yep the VGA's gave GTA 4 I mean RDR game of the year and it selling 8 million copies proves its one of the best games of the year. I mean games like Bayonetta, Mario Galaxy 2, and Vanquish mos def don't deserve GOTY cause there not as popular as Black Ops and RDR......... end ....... sarcasm ..... now

I didn't say the PS3 version is unplayable. The 360 version just technically performs better. No screen tearing, more consistent framerate, ect. I have played both versions and I found the 360 version to be more enjoyable. I think the reviews reflect that too. The Devs kinda botched the PS3 version of Bayonetta. They learned there lesson with Vanquish though. The PS3 and 360 are both great.
Mario Galaxy 2 is mos def the Wii game of the year and a strong contender for overall game of the year.
Bayonetta (360, calm down fanboys its only cause the PS3 version is not in 60 fps), Mass Effect 2, and Super Mario Galaxy 2 were all better. Too many glitches in RDR and it just too much like GTA 4
I never use Home. It takes a while to boot up and its kinda boring......for all the games on PS3 why would anybody spend time in home? Especially for guys like me who have all 3 systems home serves no purpose to me. They need to somehow integrate home to the XMB as soon as you boot up the system, then I would use it more.
Yup its time for a new engine. Fallout 4 needs a new engine too. Look at the technical mess that was Fallout New Vegas.
I would like Wii 2 next year if possible. Nintendo could make a killin on HD ports of Wii games. Hopefully by Wii 2 Nintendo will have achievement system so you can Upgrade the Wii games to HD and add achievements like what the PS3 is doing.
Not playing though Mass Effect 1 yourself is a big deal. The comic is going to help but not being able to play through viscerally and get the trophies will take away from the overall scope of Mass Effect
That being said once you get into mass effect 2 on the PS3 things will be great. All the DLC, Mass Effect 3 engine, and plenty of trophies to collect will keep me coming back for hours.
