Better is all based on the user. Which for most people dictated by the games. If you like Zelda, Mario, and Metroid chances are your going to think the 3DS is better. If you like Sony titles chances are PSP2 will be better. But 3-D is good, being able to record and take pictures in 3-D is cool, and street + spot pass look interesting. So the 3DS could end up being better than the PSP2
Couldn't you just trade in your DSiXL and get the 3DS for the price you wanted at $199? I mean you won't be needing your DSIXL since the 3DS is reverse compatible with NDS games.
So good 3-D TV's cost 750 bucks? LOL yeah right.
I doubt this is accurate and it wont be for everyone.
Is it really that bad? I thought it was ok. Lets wait till its finished to say if its doomed or not.
People said the same thing about the MegaMan movie and the movie was pretty good.
I really don't care about what other people say on Zelda. I play it for myself, I will determine if the motion controls are good or not, and I will probably love this game considering I haven't played a console Zelda game since TP in 06
A lot of Nintendo's best games use little to no motion control. This game has classic control support. Mario Galaxy, Punchout, New Super Mario Bros, Smash Bros, Muramasa, Metroid other M all use standard analog and buttons or very little motion controls.
COD has turned into the "Madden" of shooters.
And remember what he said "Look at the people making the game" RDR is made by Rockstar who have a crap-ton of money and have a engine (GTA 4) to use, which took a ton of money to make! Mistwaker doesnt have the amount of money to make a RDR world and game on the 360 and PS3 but they do have enough money to make a huge game on the Wii.
Has a point.
Lets wait till January 19th to find out all the details. Your friend code could be hidden behind a a name for all we know.
I don't even think its the best game of this generation. I think it has the best graphics and presentation but when it comes down to gameplay what has Uncharted done innovative to push the bar gameplay wise? All of Uncharted's gameplay elements are taken from games like Tomb Raider, RE4, and other action titles.
I personally think games like MGS 4, Mass Effect, Demon Souls, Super Mario Galaxy, and Bayonetta have pushed new innovative gameplay mechanics over Uncharted...
"Arguably the best game of all time just got greater!"
There is no argument..... If you think Uncharted 2 is the greatest game of all time..... you havent played enough games or you were born in 1994 or up and missed out on a lot of older games.
That being said its a nice deal to get the GOTY edition of Uncharted 2 for 25 bucks. It comes with a ton of extra content with a solid price if you dont have the game picking it up now would be a good idea...
Yeah I love Mass Effect and Pokemon but the Witcher 2 is the most intriguing to me. I didn't play the first one cause I don't have a PC. I'm wondering if this game will come out on the consoles?
Then stop looking at the shovelware.
Mario Galaxy 2 wasn't in Hd and it was one of my favorite games of the year.
Donkey Kong Country Returns wasnt in HD and that was also one of my favorite games of the year.
----I dont need HD for me to be impressed by a game. I rather have achievements and a better online implemented to the wii rather than HD graphics.
The Last story and Xenoblade could be some of those games reggie is referring to.
Good thing gameplay is more important than graphics. And imho thats where Mass Effect trumps U2. I personally like having different classes, powers, tons of class only weapons and special abilities. Where as in U2 you just auto jump, shoot, cover, more auto jumping more shooting, hang from a ledge and shoot.......
U2 has a great story, presentation and graphics but so does mass effect and mass goes further with the story and being able to make choices that shape multiple play...
sounds great
I have the game on 360.... Im getting the game on PS3 ...... That crap doesnt matter to me.
I love Mass Effect for the decisions you make, the expansive worlds, the powers, the replay value choosing different classes, The story, being able to carry over your save file with your data and have your decisions shape your play through. There is many things to love about Mass Effect.
I dont think its overrated. I love RPGs and Mass Effect in my opinion has brough...
The 3DS is $250 the PSP2 is going to be $279.99 in my opinion. But don't be surprised if there is a $300 price tag. Nintendo always wins the handheld war so I don't think the PSP2 can compete sales wise.
