Whatever the reason, 1 month is no big deal. Condemned 1 was a great great game, I loved it so this one should really cause some chills while being a visceral game.
This is only the last "Solid Snake" game.
The MGS series will continue, and I'm guessing it will be on the MS Xbox 360 platform only.

I hate and I do mean HATE all the hrs. of video in game, I mean it's soooo boring and hell you could go shower and come back and the sh1t's still going on. If I wanted to watch a movie, I'd do just that, watch a friggin movie.
people try to refer to the game as being so incredible, so Cinematic, well the gameplay is just ok, it's an 8.0 at best, it's the cinematics that make it different and some love it for that, but I don't. I play games to play games.
But I gotta say aside from Mario Galaxy, I love em all, there all great. I'm sure if I was 9 I'd love Mario too.
I haven't met anybody yet though that hasn't been pulled in by Bioshock. It's so different from anything else and has a unique style alone, hell even the music makes you feel like a 1940's movie or something.
I wonder how many copies total that he needs to sell to make it profitable. They've put a lot of time and money into this.

Dual Shock (copy MS) 3 isn't officially out anywhere yet. You may have a 3rd party rip off version but not an official sony version.

This is "HALO WARS" and this will quite possible be the biggest selling title of 2008.
When Ensemble comes out early saying that they've found the magic, you better believe they've found the "MAGIC".
This game will do like Halo 3 in easily selling millions on release day. I think starting fall of 2008 the hype machine will kick into full speed and EVERY body out there with eyes will know about this game, and want it too.

Sony hasn't capitalized at all on it's motion sen.controls.
MS was the first to come out w/a motion sensative controller in the 80's, but even still sony fans don't get me started on saying MS is tryinfg to copy your system, I mean we could say the same for the PSN or even a hard drive in gaming so stop right there, also you copied the Wii's controller and we could say that sony has copied MS rumble even though they said it was last gen tech etc.....

1. It's the only way it will truly make any money for Hideo and Co. While this isn't going make big bucks being a ps3 exclusive.
2. It's loaded with hrs. upon hrs. of video so it would require multi- (2) discs for the Xbox 360 or they could simply do away with the less useful video and still use 1 disc. They could also have single player campaign on 1 disc and put the multiplayer on the second to free up room for the long assed useless films.
