That's exactly what I was thinking Jason, the OS and so on uses a hell of a lot more than 2% just to power up and maintain AC occurance.

Maybe they wanted to hold that until closer to release, not sure, but I know like in the KOTOR games, I loved it when you'd open a door to go in a room or passage and there'd be like 5 bad assed dark jedi just waiting to cut you up lightsaber style.

Ps3's motion blur is what it "HAS TO USE" in order to soften those jaggies, etc...
It's not an added awesome effect or anything. In fact, it's effect does take away from picture sharpness and contrast, so it's a wash at best, either you get jaggies w/better clarity at a distance or blur w/no jaggies but a less sharp pic, your option though so that's a good thing.

The Xbox 360 is currently at 18 million units sold so to push the console to even greater numbers and sell millions of units more a perfectly released price drop will do the trick.
No manufacturer will speak months early about a price drop so anyone with common sence wouldn't Email and ask them.
There was however ps3 fans who continued to say that there was, but that was just throwing insilts and never a confirmed issue.
The problems with the ps3 is still a none issue b/c the game is up to snuff and will be coming out for all very very soon.
DLC will make the Xbox 360 the version to buy if you have a choice, however anyone should be stoked about getting this game, damn, I'm even still looking forward to playing Saints Row 2 very soon.

whether ps3 fans want to believe it or not to get a game to look and play at atleast 90% of an Xbox 360's version they have to employee more persons for more man hours to do it and it's just not feasible to do, meaning in "most" cases there not going to see a positive net return on that investment.
There are occasional ewxceptions to that, where the do recieve a positive return such as in COD4, but they too said they had to employe more people on that versions develo...

KZ2, MGS4, these titles have been in the works since 2004. 4 years now, hell these titles should look like gold when they come out based on production times.
Rushed? No, they have had plenty of time, so if the game/s look bad in any way then it's just due to the hardware/inherent flaws of the system and not rushed at all.
I think KZ2 will be a good game, but the AI hasn't been good, hopefully that's fixed, same with MGS4 actually.

I can see the ps3 version either being delayed 6 months longer than the 360 version or just being cancelled all together.
First it's so damned expensive to put a game on the ps3, it takes so much additional work to make a game play good on the ps3 that developers are getting there money back on ps3's small sales. Your going to begin to see this more and more, devs. don't want to keep losing money, small install base and even smaller sales on the ps3.
The Xbox 360 is the cash cow and PC doing well.
No matter what you say and you know this to be true, the ps3 can not handle as much on screen as the Xbox 360 or a PC.
