Agreed. You might say "becoming standard" is "diluting the effect".
So, I say dilute away.
No problem diluting gaming with high performance. Once that becomes the norm, games will only get better. There's an expectation from gamers that needs to be met, and its ok to talk about if one is meeting it, especially when there are those claiming that secondary performance is ok.
That's the thing: Microsoft only cares about money at the expense of happy consumers and happy devs.
Cut that price some more, Konami, and I'll buy that demo.
