are a new standard for next gen systems and in game mechanics. Sure games like killswitch were pioneers and from last gen. But where the cover system really shines and is implemented and put to good use in the overall game world, is in this new gen we are in now. Games like GEARS, UNCHARTED, GRAW, RSV, all use them and are critically acclaimed. Heck even the next grand theft auto is putting one in their next game. So i totally disagree with article and author. Cover systems are great and give...

Winning Eleven is still miles ahead of Fifa series. Even though Fifa improved a lot for 2008, it is still way too slow and sluggish compared to winningeleven/pes. I have played soccer competitively most of my life and and winning eleven feels more like soccer. People may not like it if they play it on a 360 controller, because it was made for the dualshock in the ps2's early years.

Prologue alone has more content and is overall better than alot of full racer games. I will just wait for the full game. In my eyes this bundle can't touch the MGS4 bundle we are getting here in north america, but the prologue is no joke either.

metal gear games innovate with every sequel. Perfect example is CQC and new gameplay mechanic for the series. If you dont know what CQC is, then you have no buisness critizing METAL GEAR.

I like sonys XMB more than xbox360s blades system.360 may have more features for now, but the XMB is just cleaner, streamlineded. Like friends comments bubble when their online. I really get a kick out of some of the comments. Everything is just more visible and easy on the eyes.

xbox360 and EA have Peter Moore. Hopefully Atari and sony will have even better development support, leading to great titles and ports on the sony's console.

Even though us early adopters payed a premium(some more than others, remember ebay debackel on on launch) At least we can be happy about getting the cream of the crop. Almost feels like a limited edition/special. Thankfully I got mine on the Nov. 17/2008 and didn't have to pay a penny extra, nor wait inline.

I got a sixty and totally happy with it. But having the new smaller cpu die size 65nm would be nice.It is said to be even quieter now. Produces less heat and uses less energy, than the the 90nm die in the 60gig.

He's a celeb and a gamer, thats enough to prove he is not a douche, and full of him self. Don't go asking him to making the right console choice, its enough that he is gamer. Can't knock the guy for being xbox supporter. haha just joking both systems are great.

How does this get approved, just to get a reaction from people? Start some kind of debate? Long live GT5 and Killzone.......

Actually they started in at around 400 dollars and up. Believe it or not I was an early adopter and have a reciept dated 12/30/99 and the player cost me $469.00 in canadian funds. So that about $400.00 us. This a toshiba brand and one the least expensive. Funny thing is when I read this post, receipt just happen to be on my desk.

Screens/pics don't do it justice. In motion what you would expect next street fighter to look like.

yeah that's what dvd players used to go for when the people and retail stores started the ball rolling on what was a new format then. In 1999 dvd players used to cost around 400 dollars. I think they went down in price dramatically the following year. Notably when the ps2 came out.
