Here's the thing.... We have not seen any next gen games on the WiiU! And by next gen, I mean next generation builds of proven franchises and ip's. Like madden, FIFA, EA's NHL.... Call of Duty, battlefield, assassins creed. If the next gen Madden or Fifa can run on WiiU hardware, I'd consider it next gen. Until then it's just Nintendo's next console, which may or may not be able to play my favorite next gen GAMES, ! time will tell
Resi remake on GameCube had prerendered backgrounds, that's why it looked so sharp. Technically not a grafix beast of a game, looked very nice none the less.

I thought the controls in MGS were just fine, even innovating. CQC, anyone?! I didn't mind using face button as trigger to shoot. It's just been part of the MetalGear world. Definitely the best MGS in my book!

It's not that their talking shi* ... It's just it really didn't meet expectation of the consol reveal, just the controller, I mean who show's the controller but not the actual console. Just too many ????s They didn't really show any mind blowing gameplay graphics, to showcase the power of thus new yet to be released hardware! Woulda been nice to see a new 3d Mario game, 1080p maybe...
