FPS, graphics and resolution are identical. PS5 has a 8 sec loading advantage.
Yeah, got my PS5 today (EU) and played Astro Bot. By far the best controller i've ever had.
Yeah Mark Cerny was right after all. Sony obviously went with a more thought out design whereas MS just added more power. I'm sure 2013 still hurts them to this day.
Actually, pretty much all multiplats so far run better on PS5.
And another one. Looks like the PS5, while weaker is actually the better designed console with less bottlenecks. And don't forget the Dual Sense. Oh boy, can't even imagine the meltdown if Cyberpunk turns out to be superior on PS5, lol.

All PS4 games are downloadable. Only PS3 games are streamed. Also, PS now has more games than gamepass and is cheaper, lol. The only difference is that gamepass get's first party games day 1.
Oh god, there are rumors about a MGS1 remake for PS5. i hope it's true MGS1 is favourite game of all time.
Doesn't really matter. First impressions do tho and this is not a good one for Xbox. Microsoft and Xbox fan(boys) promised a huge difference from day 1. But yeah funny how the same people are making excuses now.
I can assure you, the big majority of PC gamers don't even look at Tflops when buying a new GPU. Clock speeds, Vram, noise, power consumption and temps are the main things to look out for. Tflops are a great marketing tool for people who are not familiar with this stuff. Just like transistors were a big deal last gen.
The dual sense in particular is a very good reason to get the PS5 versions of multiplats if it's well implemented
Remember how people made fun of Mark Cerny back in may for saying that tflops aren't everything? Or when they called him desperate for overclocking the PS5s GPU? Turns out he was right lol.
Well, it is a last gen UI.
:(
Even Bugsnax sits at 8.0 on metacritic.
So, we have to wait again? You think MS will announce new dev tools at E3?
Just wait, MS will surelly announce new dev tools at E3 next year.
Tflops is just a marketing tool. Most PC sites don't even mention it when they do GPU comparisons and reviews.
Bu, but PS5 is only RDNA 1.5 and uses software ray tracing...I hope everyone here finally realizes that tflops aren't indicative of real world GPU performance. PC sites don't even mention tflops when they do their GPU comparisons. What's the excuse now? outdated dev tools?
Hey, at least XSX loads BC titles faster, lol.
Not that easy. A foreign company can't just buy a japanese one. There laws in Japan that forbid it.
Oh the excuses. If anything it's the Series S holding it back, not the PS5.
