I can agree with that to an extent. I think all forms of media have the potential to provoke violence. Music, TV shows and movies have all been considered a part in some teenage-related crimes or accidents. The only reason why video game-related violence tends to be a bigger deal is because you're engaging in the act (virtually, but still).

Personally, I think it's a form of entertainment that has a long way to mature. It wasn't until about 60-70 years in for movi...

Definitely. It would seem much easier for developers. It's something Sony should pitch to them. Having trophies locked until you buy the game is a good move, too. It'll tempt the biggest Trophy whores into buying it if they make a lot of progress in a game.

Didn't you hear? Bestiality is cool.

Just kidding. That's disgusting.

@Agent - You were supposed to be able to choose between "Milo" and "Millie" at the start, so they had that in mind. I just don't find the fun in talking to a virtual person, to be honest. The concept and technology is cool, but not when talking is the only mechanic. The EyeToy had a game similar to this that had you talk to two agents and it looked pretty bor...

That would depend on what the games play like. I hear the Move controls well, but I have yet to get my hands on it.

Can't wait. Playing this game will remind me of the time when the industry was almost completely run by the Japanese. That was when imagination was truly running wild.

I've known that since 2004 when I realized that the only cure for me being pissed off at my girlfriend at the time was to go wild in San Andreas.

It was just the media jumping on violent video games prematurely that actually had people confused. Here's a good tip. If you want to know the full truth without a feeling of onesided-ness, go to the source of the story (if you can). We could have told you this years ago.

This is what I've been talking about all day.

Usually I see PS3 fanboys start a riot whenever an article gets approved talking bad about one of their games. That's when I see 360 fanboys talking about PS3 fanboys saying "haha, can't take a joke, PS3 fanboys are the worst".

Most of what I've seen, however, is 360 fanboys kicking up dust based on what they "expect" to see. Are you really that insecure that you have to point t...

Here's the bottom line. If it has good lineup of games and it works well, I'm buying it because I'm always looking for fun. It's why I like games. I don't care what platform it's on.

Move has an impressive lineup of hardcore games coming up, so I'm looking into it. I'm not buying it because I'm "impressed by the tech" or "it has potential".

Oh, and side note. We've had motion controls since 2006.

You crazy, man?! This guy rides a horse. Crews rides a talking tiger! He's like the Kratos for Old Spice! lol

This guy is more like Snake because he can make things disappear.

They both have realistic graphics, come in 3D and can be fought using motion!

Or you could simply be the bigger man and look the other way. Posts like that make you look obsessed. No one has even posted anything remotely fanboyish yet.

EDIT: I'm replyish to your childishness in hopes that you'll listen to my reasoning. That, and it's my first time talking to you. It doesn't make me look obsessed at all.

I liked when Terry Crews was the Old Spicer.

It was a risky move was executed during a "make or break" moment. Their Gamecube didn't sell as well as Xbox and obviously not as well as PS2, so it was go big or go home for them. Luckily it worked out perfectly for them and came out on top for the first time since before the 5th generation (when PSOne came in). They still wouldn't have been out if the Wii failed because they still have the handheld market.

Who knows what the next big thing will be next gen...

You're absolutely ridiculous, you know that?

Why the f*ck didn't you have your blanket at hand? Are you crazy?

Proof that it doesn't take a studio of developers in the thousands to develop a game that's fun and accepted by many.

And it doesn't involve guns! That's what I'm talking about! Spread the love, baby.

Well, then hopefully Microsoft won't dump it before then. One thing about hardcore gamers is that they don't take kindly to motion controllers unless there's something in it for them.

Considering it broke even on launch day, I'd say a lot of people made a mistake.

Wow, SOmebody kNows when a game is reallY good, while others dismiss it for being fun. hehehe

Whoever is publishing games that aren't more about fun should be sued for not staying true to the point of video games. Good thing not all publishers develop games, or else we'd be seeing a lot of games about the pains of real life instead of the fun in games.

bashesh got my comment! haha

I love you.

..... I said that out loud, didn't I?

EDIT: Someone doesn't want GT5 to come out. lol, everyone has a disagree on them.

It needs a lot of things, but it's a bit too late now. Next generation.
